They only bring on staff that are capable and caring. I love that I hear about my sons activities several times each day and that any calls messages I send through the app are tended to immediately. Also, I must note: When my son was hospitalized at 18mos old, the team was tremendously supportive, checking in with us regularly and making a beautiful get well card for my son with photos and signed by each of the staff members. They truly go above and beyond to care for the children and communicate with the parents- and ensure nobody ever feels like "a number". The environment is warm and nurturing, the staff really cares about the children and you can tell they absolutely love their job.
