Tim Early came out today for a home inspection on a house we want to sell. I know most people don't get inspections as sellers but they should! No one wants to be known as the person who offloaded a death trap. We knew our house was well cared for and we were delighted to find out we are right! Tim helped us with a few things we had no idea might be a concern but after his explanation it made perfect sense. We feel good about adding our home to the Hampton Roads market and after watching such a thorough inspection we are excited to have him inspect our future new home! Travis and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the FANTASTIC home inspection you guys did for us this past Friday, June 1, 2018. This is the second home we have had the opportunity to have inspected in our life, and the report you and Paul provided to us was by far superior to the first report we had. When I made the appointment with you, I was in shock when you asked if Travis and I would like to accompany you two when you inspected the home, and actually preferred that! When we met you on Friday, you both were extremely professional, meticulous, and friendly. It was so nice not to feel rushed through, or be on a time-table. You guys took the time with us to let us ask any questions we had, and with us, I knew there were a lot! The level of education we received from you and Paul was top-notch, and could not have been more pleased. You said most inspectors get their report to you within a day, but "our report is incredibly detailed" and takes us two days to complete.
