Early Warning Services owns and operates Zelle. Zelle refuses to accept or add my new phone number on my Zelle account. The bank Citizens says it's due to this number not being in my name. Well I assure you my new number is in my name I made sure by calling Metro PCs and when I look at my Metro app account to view bill it's most certainly in my first and last name. Not once but twice Zelle has sent 100 dollars sent to me , to other people! They have my first and Last name attached to other people's Zelle accounts! They will not allow me to report it only the sender which they did the first time this happened and got a refund. Now they'll have to report it a second time and wait on the refund. I was assured on the phone on the Zelle customer service line they'd remove all the old phone numbers listed on my Zelle account that I no longer have. I only have ONE phone number! So they have all my old phone numbers ( not in my name) listed as me sending my Zelle money to others. Yet they claim they can't add my current active Metro PCs cell phone number due to it not being in my name? So how are they sending money typed out on the receipt SENT To : my first n last but listed are numbers others now have as their new cell phone numbers. They are disorganized and careless with large sums of money and customers first and last names . I'd say they are a terrible service. read more

Hard to reach. The wait time was 45 minutes at 2pm PST. No one picked up the line. Poor customer service.

They take no responsibility for allowing scammers to become users. They refuse to refund funds that have been fraudulently gotten from their scammer clients. They have a policy that states they are to reimburse folks but refuse to do so. They pass the buck to the banks, who pass the buck back to them. Filing a complaint did nothing-they sent a one page policy but didn't actually respond to the complaint. They are the parent company of Zelle Pay and have registered as a foreign company! I don't know what to say I was trying to open a savings account and apparently I have zero bills no debts I haven't been late on anything years I just bought a brand new car cash and somehow this crappy organization said I was not able to open a savings account at Bank of America well I don't know what they're using but credit is useless these people can damage you and really don't it look into anything carefully I recommend all of you anybody who has credit pay it off and don't use credit cards don't use credit because companies like this thrive on you their job only exists if you're in debt there horrible human beings and they thrive on your loss read more

I've been using Zelle for about 6 months and today someone hacked into my Zelle Account and stole $500. I contacted my financial institution right away and they took care of it. They also told me they've had quite a few customer that have had this happen to them. I also called Zelle to close my account and they weren't very nice. Please don't use this application for transferring money NOT SAFE. I would give zero stars if I could read more

ZELL APP is great at managing e-transfers with multiple US-based bank accounts. NO such thing as lost money. Efficient in directing "where" money goes to which account with immediate accessibility using 2 different email addresses and 2 active accounts. Many US-banks don't really know how to handle Zelle e-transfers when it comes to multiple active accounts. Citibank had a vague understanding that PRIMARY Zelle account needs to be closed before Citibank Zelle works/activated. There was also a 14-day wait time before new Citibank accounts are able to accept e-transfers. As for SECURITY, hhhmmm, isn't that your bank's responsibility? Isn't ZELL a simple transfer platform, or clearing house communicating between banks? It IS possible for transfer interception when security is breached. I NEVER EVER had any problems with Zell. I ALSO don't bank with questionable banks, NOR wreckless with online accounts/usage. read more

This company is a total fraud. Acting like a credit agency to influence who should or should not allowed to open an account with major banks. Most of the time the information they obtain on a consumer is inaccurate. Be aware Bank of America, Chase, Wellsfargo, etc..You will be loosing a lot of customers if your focus shift away from traditional banking. read more

Opened account with BB&T on 26 Nov 2018. Deposited inheritance check and waited two days Went to take out $150. Was told by branch manager that account was closed due to fraud. Called to register and inquire information, both their IT and Customer Service staff were idiots. They had no skills, or knowledge. BB&T told me they would send my money by check in 7-10 days. So I go without money for 7 days. This is a rogue company that punishes the consumer without due process. They should be prosecuted by the State and Federal Governments. No one has wrote them a positive review and horror stories are everywhere. read more

Beware! Had a transaction rejected today after paying my Verizon bill in the same manner for several years. Ten year history with bank. My follow-up for a report on risk factors was unsettling at best. The Rep explained the service and then proceeded to "validate" me to get the report. "Social Security number", "Bank Routing number", "Address", "e-Mail" etc. I don't know whether this is a SCAM or not but it is way more intrusive than it should be. read more

This company has gained the trust of some online banks but is a consumer fraud. One online bank -- CIT Bank -- uses this company to verify new bank accounts. I have an 850 credit score, multiple mortgages, never defaulted on a debt, and otherwise impeccable credit history. I am gainfully employed as an officer of the local courts. Yet, CIT Bank received information from Early Warning to deny my account. I contacted Early Warning Systems and filled out the formal request for a copy of the report. The request was ignored! In the end, I was pleased as I then went to a much more reputable on-line bank and I'm very happy with the new bank. I would, however, beware of this company that masquerades as "Early Warning Services." read more
