Mainly about how from my insurance industry- (that he was recommended to me from, and his credit repair industry he represents) - that there are A LOT of unethical, immoral people who don't put serving people first and follow through on their word/service. Angelo was exceptional to deal with the entire way through signing up and the first 6 months... it was a little confusing at times because I would just see numerous "challenges sent on my behalf" that were sent to the reporting agency's... these would be emailed and mailed to me but I never got anything that said it worked... or how the challenges ended up going. I would ask Angelo what they are specifically for or how it works... only to get a long winded answer that still made little sense- but implied that I just need to trust the process and in 3-6/months it will be all fixed.... Although again. I have seen zero evidence of any of the challenges actually working. Leaving me to trust his word alone... he promised there was provisions in the paperwork i signed that if it didn't work he would give me a refund and it sometimes happens that way. I will be honest here about my shortcomings as well. For example, the "my smart credit" app he makes you sign up for is $30ish a month, and at 3 points throughout the first 6/months i changed cards and the subscription lapsed. He notified me the first time, but not the other 2 (which is on me I know) ... but he claimed each time it stopped it set me back a month or more because "his team wasn't able to complete the rounds of repair during that time." I was more then fine with that, Now around the 9th month in September, when I called to check in, he stopped answering my phone calls and communicating with me all together. Blocked my contact and as fate would have it- I now have paid $500 to him, and $300 plus in a monthly subscription over the course of a year, only to end up having my biggest fears come true... NO REAL CHANGES, MY MONEY GONE, AND MY PHONE CALLS IGNORED. If I could add a photo to this I would, I would show from his "tailor your credit website" how there is 20 plus disputes, with 0 updates or repairs. It says it right there. -Vince M

Glad she did. Within 6 weeks of signing I was already seeing not only my scores rise but collections melt off like butter. All my scores were low 5's. I had hospital bills. Repossessions. Payday loans anything you can imagine a young kid would without thinking of the consequences. Within 9 months you would have thought by looking at my credit report that I was a perfect citizen. They have a policy that states they are to reimburse folks but refuse to do so. They pass the buck to the banks, who pass the buck back to them. Filing a complaint did nothing-they sent a one page policy but didn't actually respond to the complaint. They are the parent company of Zelle Pay and have registered as a foreign company! They are owned by six different banks! Stay away from these two fraudulent companies!
