I wore them about 20 hours in the past 1-2 years. I really need to hear and spent $7K+ on the hearing aids. Long story, short, Dr. Chamberlain was able to adjust my hearing aids and change out the end pieces to a smaller size (lets more ambient sound in) and I walked out of her office being able to hear well - first time. I wish I had gone to her initially. Don't make the same mistake I did.

When you don't live down the street from their office, that's a little harder to do. I'm tired of having to work around their "rescheduling" because they don't know how to run an office correctly. My last appointment I had the utter displeasure of seeing the head of the practice, Dr. Jeffries. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, he walked in and proceeded to pull up my labs and lecture me about results, knowing I was pregnant and some of the abnormal results were due to this. He was rude and didn't listen to a single word I said. This is the only time I have ever just walked out on a doctor. Fairly certain in that appointment I figured out why my previous doctors were leaving the practice. If he is as terrible to his coworkers as his bedside manor is I'm shocked that he is still in business. I would avoid at all costs. Switched to one affiliated with kettering, and have had zero issues since.
