This is a tough one. We shopped for hearing aids for my mom. All the places were super nice and…read moregood sales people. Belone gave the most thorough exam and it was the most expensive. In the end she paud for the most expensive but they claimed her issue was beyond hearing loss ... loss of clarity. Shes 90 and id been concerned she was getting dementia so anything that could help sounded worth a try. As of yet my mom regrets this purchase. She sometimes takes these out and puts in her 15yr old hearing aids. Kelly is a lovely lady and very convincing. We both agreed it was worth the try. But now my mom is very agrevated and feels it was a mistake. The newer style she has trouble putting in and once it popped out while she was doing yard work. It was a miracle my brothers found itcwith his metal detector. Every time we go in my mom is all worked up and upset but as soon as kelly comes in she is mulified. Over all she still claims shevpaid double what her friends paid and isnt blown away by the effectiveness.

He then refused to clean my sister's ears at our scheduled appointment, so they expected us to wait 2 weeks for the next one. We took our business elsewhere and found a fantastic hearing clinic on N. Fairfield Rd, in Beavercreek. They cleaned her ears right away and used high-tech equipment for an in-depth reading, which we received that day. Everyone wants to know why I drive an hour to see Dr. Knowles. Because he is the best. And I could tell he cared about my condition and improving my sight. Besides, with the size of my folder, how could a new Doctor devote the time to read all that and understand my needs? Also, the offices are really nice, and staff is the best. And you never have to wait hours, even if they're working you in. This is my eye doctor for life...or until he retires. Then I will be sad.

Dr. Stahl's work was great, but his customer service sucks. Had surgery on June 9, 2026, it went…read moregreat. On initial visit on 5/1/26, I waited for 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Eleven customers came in after me and were called in before me. In questioning Dr. Stahl, he said they had priroties they had to get to before me, even though they were behind me on appointment times. After every appointment I asked how much I owed (I paid $35 on 5/1/26 and $265 on 6/9/26, that I was supposed to pay, and insurance paid them almost $5,000), and was told nothing. On my last visit, I was told I am all paid up for my proceedures. On 8/4/26 I got a bill in mail that I owed a copay for 6/2/26 A-scan of $35. I called their billing in Middletown, and talked to Kim who was nasty and told me reps in Beavercreek were incorrect, and I owed $35, and to pay it (even though Dr. Stahl told me on 5/1 I would have to pay $265 copay on 6/6 and $35 on 5/1). She then transfered me to Beavercreek and I talked to up to 4 people up to office manager, and I owed $35 for copay on 6/2, and wanted me to pay right now. I refusedand asked what government agency governs them. She said there is no government oversight, so I had to pay. I informed her I was going to post on social media and call Ohio Attorney General on them, and was told they (Ohio AG and Government) have no control over Stahl Vision. They refused to deal with Attorney General, and AG advised me to take them to court. UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE BAMBOUZLED AND FORCED TO PAY UNLIMITED AMOUNTS, DO NOT GO TO STAHL VISION!
