We absolutely loved her personality, intuition, style suggestions and PATIENCE; we tried on a lot, because she didn't have a clue as to what she wanted. We loved a ballgown style dress, "even cried", but my daughter was determined to stick to "her plan"; visiting four stores and seeing all options. Sarah warned us to not try on too many dresses, because we would get overwhelmed and confused, was she ever right!!! The next day, after the last store, we called I Do Bridal, late in the afternoon; it was a Saturday in January, the busiest time of the year to shop for bridal gowns. I Do Bridal fit us in for the last appointment of the day! When we arrived the place was packed, but they greeted us like old friends. We were so relieved to see Sarah! She AGAIN, worked patiently with my daughter, never making us feel rushed or that we were a burden and we found the perfect dress! I…read moreoriginally came in to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress for my best friend's wedding, and during that same appointment I was able to look at dresses for my own wedding in March! I had my sister try them on so I could see the different styles, and they were so sweet and accommodating and even let us go a little over our appointment time. I ended up choosing the dresses for both my bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids that same day!!! I've been a bridesmaid in 12 other weddings, and every single one used either Azazie or Birdy Grey, so I've worn my fair share of bridesmaid dresses! The difference in quality at Bella Bridesmaids was one of the first things I noticed. The dresses look and feel SO much nicer and more expensive than the ones I've previously ordered online, while still having a great variety of designers and very reasonable price points! The personal fitting is also such a GAME CHANGER!!! Obviously some alterations may still be needed, but they take all of your measurements and compare them to the sizing chart for the dress you picked. If you fall between sizes, they make sure the size you order will fit your largest measurement so you don't end up with a dress that's too small. I would MUCH rather have someone who knows what they're doing help me choose the right size than stare at an online size chart and hope I guessed correctly!!! It also helps avoid ordering something too small and then stressing about whether a replacement will arrive, fit, AND leave enough time for alterations before the wedding! I was initially worried about fittings because the majority of my bridesmaids don't live in Mobile, but they made that SO easy too! Several were able to visit Bella Bridesmaids locations in other cities, and they offered virtual fittings for anyone who wasn't near a location. I wasn't sure how a virtual fitting would work, but my bridesmaids who did them had a great experience and said the process was SO easy!!! Lexi also made coordinating 17 bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids SO much easier than I ever expected! My original appointment was May 19th, and she gave everyone until August 1st to complete their fittings and orders, so my girls had plenty of time to get everything done! She created a virtual showroom with our dress, emailed everything directly to my bridesmaids, and sent reminders leading up to the deadline. I didn't have to send 17 people a dress link, answer a million questions, or worry about getting a panicked text months later that someone forgot to order!!! Once everyone was finished, Lexi sent me the final list to approve and all of the dresses were ordered together on August 1st. They're expected to arrive by the week of November 15th, which still gives everyone several months before my March wedding for any alterations they may need! I LOVE how far in advance everything was handled and how much stress it took off of me!!! They even offered to order us a fabric swatch of our dress, and Lexi mailed it to me when it arrived so I could have the actual color and fabric for wedding planning! Just another way they went above and beyond and what really sets them apart from other bridesmaid dress stores!!! Their customer service has seriously been AMAZING from start to finish! They answer every question so quickly and have made what could have been a headache with 17 girls one of the easiest parts of wedding planning. I am SO happy I chose Bella Bridesmaids and cannot recommend Lexi, Hannah, and Kelsey at Bella Bridesmaids enough!!!

I went in, last minute as usual, needing a set of tails for a Mardi Gras Ball. I was surprised to see Jimmy Francia, his wife, and the rest of his family working hard trying to serve both immediate need customers, and a wedding party that apparently failed to make an appointment. They were slammed busy, and still had an organized way of dealing with customers first come first served and made sure to take accurate measurements and even provided sizes for me to try on of every single piece of the tuxedo, down to the collar extension so that the shirt wouldn't be to big under the vest. After giving me an awesome deal price wise, I was very pleased with the transaction. Even if that was the end of the story, I would high recommend them, however the day I was supposed to return my tux, I was invited last minute to another ball, I called Jimmy and for a nominal fee, he gave me a fresh shirt in the same size, and told me to keep the tux another night.
