There's old tape marks on the walls, stains on the carpet on the floor, and the employees aren't looking like there ready to sell jewelry. Except for the supervisor in the pic (he looks professional). My experience with this store, I bought a ring. It didn't fit, so I had to get it sized (2 sizes down) the lady sent it off and said it'll take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, we get a call and they said they can't alter a ring 2 sizes down so they have to order a new one, which would take about a month (The lady who sent it off should have known this). Anyways Alicia was very helpful, and got me a new ring in the same size and I only had to wait a couple days. So thank you Alicia.
