I unknowingly left my wallet on the counter. I wasn't too worried thinking it was at the house. They usually have shoes in my price range but I struck the mother load. They had slippers marked down to $5. I went back the next day and bought slippers in different sizes for gifts. I mentioned I misplaced my wallet. The employee recognized me from the day before and said she tried to catch me. Very nice and I am very grateful. Then I went on line and ordered some boots on sale off the website. We ended up purchasing five pairs of shoes that day (getting ready for school) and I even got two pair for myself. I wear a wide width shoe and made a point to remind our cashier of that when the left shoe was asked for at checkout. (They leave only the right shoe for try on due to theft. Which I understand completely) About two days later since I was home that day with not a lot to do I decide I needed to break in my shoes. Once I put them on I knew something wasn't right. I took them off and then realized I had a right shoe in a wide width and a left shoe in a regular width. Within a few days I went back to return them, but instead of walking out with two pair, I left with one. They were out of the other pair of shoes. Which basically means someone else now owns a pair of shoes of different widths. This store is located in a mall. Being at the mall during back to school days is a major pain. One I endured not once, but twice due to having to return shoes. VERY disappointed. Especially since the pair they didn't have was my favorite. Thanks a lot Shoe Dept.

I went to her shop to try on dresses and was not able to try on the 4 dresses from her website…read morebecause they are custom/special order dresses. I tried on dresses but I still wanted the custom dress that was pictured on her website. She was really nice and continually kept reiterating that she backs her dresses 100% so I went ahead and ordered a custom dress. The pictures are not her pictures, she is having a third party "recreate the dress". I ordered my dress Oct-18 and received the first dress Nov-18. The dress was not the dress but similar. She allowed me to return the dress and it be made again. I received the 2nd dress Jan-19 and the dress is still not the dress in the picture. I would not recommend getting a custom dress from her unless you are able to try it on. She will not provide a refund even if it is not the dress that was sent to you is not the dress you purchased. I asked for a refund and she told me no, and suggested I sell the dress. My wedding is in 2 months. There is not enough time to get a dress picked, shipped and get alterations done in time. I am now praying I can get a dress shipped in time, or I must settle for a sample dress.
