DON'T USE THESE SCAMMERS! EarthHaul advertises that they are allowed to deliver dumpsters to St. Cloud, however the City of St Cloud informed me that they are not authorized to rent in St Cloud, that they have already been informed of this, and that I could have been fined $500 for using their dumpster! EarthHaul did not refund ANY of my money when I had to return the dumpster after only 1 day when I paid them for a week! They are thieves, don't give them your money! read more

WARNING these company is very dishonest! I wish I would have read the reviews first I'm surprised they have 2 stars. I recently ordered a dumpster from Earth Haul and now I regret doing business with them. I asked for pricing and the guy told me they Can deliver the dumpster same day and the cost for the dumpster is $499. So I agreed and they came and dropped off the dumpster 6/3/26. Then on 6/4/26 I called for a pick up and a second dumpster and again they told me the cost was $499. To deliver the dumpster I had asked if that was the only fee and they said yes. But when I received their invoice for $1,187.00 I was shocked. The list of charges was crazy $499.00 delivery charge $90 same day delivery charge. ( which no one had even explained these charges to me when I was ordering) $165 ancillary charge $198 tonnage ( they only include a 1 ton dump with there service) I can't believe this $100 manual tarp fee. And a cleaning fee which they took the first dumpster to the dump dump it and returned it to the job site so how did they clean it? Then they charged me a $90 wait fee at the dump. Wtf ! Total for the 1 dumpster $1187,00 this is crazy. This is a very dishonest company. And a reputable company would explain all the fees first before you order from them. Not this company they are designed to ripe you off! WARNING you will be grossly over charged for 1 dumpster $1187.00 what a wasted. I regret ever calling earth haul and they should be shut down for their dishonest business practices. I even explained to the person on the phone that they have a responsibility to acknowledge all fees before doing business with them. Just know they will rip you off if you choose todo business with them. The only thing the person said was you should have read the contract. I explained to him it's the companies responsibility to be upfront and explain all charges to the client before any dumpster is delivered. I feel so ripped off. beacareful!! this people is not honest !!! we rent from them being very clear was for re roofing and they quote us 335 dollars, we asked the many times and curtis told me over the phone was a flat fee, after a few days they charged me over 900 dollars and curtis never spoke to me again but transfer the situation to a someone named "fred" who said sorry we did charge your card with no permision becouse the contract said!!! they just sent me a cease and desist letter with threats, and fred martin believes that i am scared about it; that is the way they do business!!! taking advantage of the credit cards information, lying over the phone, and fixing documents for their own clients !!! be aware and read the image below as proof of this !!! there are more cases; just check those reviews. read more
