On the day of the move, they texted me with an ETA and were right on time as per the 1 hour window discussed. They were polite and professional and got right to work. My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. When they looked at the load to move and the fragile items, he stated that wrapping and unwrapping does take time, and the time estimate was accurate. When you are paying a high dollar rate per extra hour, it helps to have an estimate of your final bill. All the furniture was moved without any issue or damage, delivered, unwrapped, and put in place as requested. Best part, they smile the whole time =) Check out the pics of wrapped furniture!!

The movers took a long time to move my things for my studio, but they did have to disassemble and assemble furniture which they did well. They weren't able to take anything not boxed so I'm still having to move things between apartments after my move like ironing board. I would've liked the upfront notice. The movers themselves were very nice and professional and obviously trying their best. If I was writing about my impression of them it would be 5 stars, but getting a receipt shouldn't be this hard. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

These guys are the best. They got to my house early, 2 trucks and 8 movers. Rey came in intro'd himself and Edgar said, "Hi" with a smile. They all came in polite and ready to work. They covered, wrapped and labeled every piece of furniture we had, and did it with care. We had some big, heavy pieces of furniture, they didn't complain and they moved us from a 2-story to a 2-story. And not only that, but they were quick about it. I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties.
