Quality of the bouquet was very unsatisfactory. The price charged for a blind Mother's Day bouquet…read more(not able to choose or customize arrangement) and the quality of the actual bouquet were orders of magnitude apart, despite maxing out the quality category. I paid for a 3rd tier product, but the actual quantity of flowers was on par with what you would find in a grocery store. I also left a considerable tip for the "driver", but I later learned that my older parents were asked to come and pick up the arrangement for themselves, despite choosing a "delivery day", "driver tip", etc. I've never heard of that before. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and it was a departure from the service delivered in the past. I will not be patronizing Early Blooms &Things again. We're all experiencing "unprecedented economic times", and that stopped being an excuse in Covid times. Do better, and stop ripping off your customers.
