I sometimes have packages re-routed to this location for later pickup if I know I will not be home to circumvent possible porch pirates. I use the 3 main carriers and often frequent each brick and mortar store. Needless to say, I have been happy with this specific location when I need to conduct a transaction in person related to UPS products and services. I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. Parking lot is a slight challenge to access, but not impossible.

My daughter took in a box with a pageant dress and a prepaid label took it in and the guy weighed…read moreit. She asked him to tape it closed and place the label on he says no problem. Took it set it aside behind him gave her a receipt. Two days later, the box never shows up but the lady calls my daughter mad and says she didn't get it but got something very different a pair of shoes instead! My daughter immediate hyperventilated she is 3 months pregnant!! Calls me tells me about it, she gets in touch with the guy at the UPS store, they were not helpful and said she was at fault for not taking the box shut herself and not putting the label on herself!! They would not try to find the dress !! It did not matter to these ppl!! Nothing! I contacted ups directly they tried but was not helpful either waste of time! The owner was not sympathetic to this offered low ball $ to the owners this dress !! Now my daughter is being sued for a pageant dress when she asked this clerk to tape her box and place the label on it the clerk screwed up did not put the correct ship label in her box!! There is no telling where her box is right now!! It be nice if whoever got it sent it back to the ups store! But they could have helped! The owner could had reviewed his security tapes to get the tracking numbers and tracked it down he has ways to obtain that and really help his customers but he chose not to! That should tell you where he puts his customers at! The very bottom!! Now my grand daughter can never rent another dress due to this issue! We only asked for help to fix the issue the original dress owner really wants the dress back still to make this right! The dress should not be hard to find! He has a way to look up tracking numbers and the camera to search what happened that day! But he chose to not put customers first !

Anyway, when I found myself in a similar situation recently I decided to explore the local options for printing and copy services and lucked into stumbling across VIP Printing. Bob runs this operation out of the Highlands and was able to get me my 100 color copies SUPER quick. Seriously, I called him right around 11 am and he had my copies delivered to my door right around noon! Oh yeah, did I mention he delivers for free?! He's conveniently got a price list as a PDF on his website so you can see all the options and costs. If you check it out, you - like myself - might be happy to find that color copies are 39 cents a sheet. Score! Plus, the more you order, the more economical the price becomes.
