I ship quite a few packages regularly for online sales orders as well as to family and friends both nationwide and worldwide. I also have an occasional return package a few times a year. I sometimes have packages re-routed to this location for later pickup if I know I will not be home to circumvent possible porch pirates. I use the 3 main carriers and often frequent each brick and mortar store. Needless to say, I have been happy with this specific location when I need to conduct a transaction in person related to UPS products and services. I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. Parking lot is a slight challenge to access, but not impossible. read more

I've used this UPS store many, many times. The service has always been great and friendly. Like all UPS store they offer various services. I mainly used them for faxing, shipping, and when I needed documents notarized. I think their prices are reasonable, but more than anything they're convenient and offer various services that a person may find needing every so often. This store is always clean, neatly organized, and adequately staffed. It seems to get a good amount of foot traffic, as it's not uncommon to have to wait. The times I've had to wait haven't been bad. The parking can be limited, as it shares the few available parking spaces with at least two other businesses on that side of the small strip of businesses. Therefore, several more spaces can be found on the other side of strip (the long "L" side of the strip). read more

I went here today because I have 11 pages to fax. The lady was super nice to me and answered all of my questions.

I have used this store many times and not had an issue, then bam! 1ZRA07569036843932 was dropped off June 8th and guess what? Frontier Communications is charging me $107.00 for not getting a modem back that I dropped off at this store in June with a shipping label from Frontier on it prepaid. June 8th and it is August and there is NO tracking information online and I have to file a claim and pay $107. I will never use this store again. The last few times I hadn't worried about receipts because my stuff has always got where it needed to go, but not now! read more

I am in another state and this was the shipper the auction house uses where I made a purchase. They shipped 5 porcelain dolls with NO PACKING in the doll boxes - only plastic bags around the doll boxes. They were friendly enough over the phone - but didn't follow up on the claim, I made numerous phone calls, was told they would be better at communicating with me. That didn't happen. Took almost 2 months for them to finish this - and then I wasn't happy with their settlement. They offer a service to insure your pkg for more money that you will never see if you file a claim. Don't ever add more insurance to your pkg - they told me after the fact " UPS does not offer "insurance" on anything, it is specifically called "declared value" which means you can claim a value for the package you are sending. UPS will compensate up to that amount for what you bought the items for." I paid $90.94 to send these dolls and there were 2 pieces of bubble wrap (top and bottom) and plastic bags - no packing around the actual dolls. EEK! ME THINKS NOT. read more

Don't rent a mailbox here unless you don't mind having packages never delivered to you. Customer service? Nonexistent. Though the package was tracked to and signed for at the store, it magically disappeared before going into my mailbox. Trust UPS but definitely NOT the UPS store. They are not the same company. These guys are awesome,. I have sent out twenty five to thirty pieces of old stereo equipment through this store. I travel from another city passing other shipping locations to use the Team at the New Albany UPS store. They are that good. The items I ship are super heavy, fragile thirty to forty year old receivers, speakers and turntables. If broken they can not be replaced or fixed. I have never had any problems or insurance claims. I get complements on the packaging from the people purchasing from me. I want others to know how much they care about their business and your items. read more
