DO NOT COME TO THIS SCHOOL!!…read more The teachers do not care about the kids! This is literally the worst school we have ever been to, it's so bad that we paid for a whole month (February 2026) but my son only lasted 4 days (no refund). My family and I have never been treated so badly! My poor child was sitting on his poop for what was probably hours because they didn't want to change him. He had the biggest blowout we have ever seen that we had to throw away his clothes. The teacher and Director knew he had a blowout because they tried to cover it up and pretend they didn't see it! On top of this, his teacher Miss M is one of the worst people I've ever met. My son is mostly potty trained which I disclosed to the school and they said it's fine not to worry they understand if he has accidents. Well that is not what happened, anytime he had an accident they were furious! They would scold him and made him so scared to use the toilet from being shamed that he regressed and went back to diapers full time. He would cry anytime we sat him on the potty out of fear we would yell at him because that's what his teacher was doing! We know this because he told us what she would do when he wouldn't go on the potty or have accidents. The last day with his teacher Miss M was the breaking point. He had another accident that she was so furious that she ignored us at pick up wouldn't say hi to us acted like we didn't exist and handed us my son's things and walked away!! And mind you this was his 4th day at this school not even a week and they were treating us this way. This teacher was also very condescending, had no manners wouldn't say hi or bye, always in a bad mood (definitely dislikes kids and her job), extremely passive aggressive, and also micro aggressive. Miss M has no business being around children let alone teaching them. I don't say this lightly when I say she truly is a terrible person. Who yells and scolds a child for having an accident?! If you care about your child do not come to this school!! P.S. do not get fooled by their positive reviews, they are from years ago!

We are now finishing up our fourth year at Saddleback Children's Center and continue to be so happy…read morewith this preschool. My son was in the Jr. Kindergarten program here -- the Green Room with Ms. Marie -- and my husband and I feel it was the best decision we've ever made for him. With such a small class size (just 9 students!), he received so much individual attention while still enjoying the warm, familiar preschool environment he already loved. I appreciated the balance Ms Marie offered between academic preparation and building independence. The students practiced important everyday school skills like opening their own lunch containers (my son, now in first grade, STILL talks about eating lunch in Jr Kindergarten - Ms Marie would heat up their food and then push it down the table to them while making train sounds), following routines, navigating social situations with classmates -- all in a nurturing setting that still felt joyful. Her classroom was cozy, and encouraged exploration and play. Because the class was small and the school day was a little longer for them, Ms. Marie was really able to tailor learning to each child and help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. What impressed me most was how much Ms. Marie truly cared about preparing the children for kindergarten. After my son started elementary school, she reached out to ask if there was anything more she could have taught him or any area where we felt he could have used additional preparation. Honestly, the answer was NO! He entered kindergarten feeling confident, capable, and very prepared both academically and socially. The transition to "real school" felt seamless for him, and I credit so much of that to his year in Jr Kindergarten at SCC. This extra year at Saddleback Children's Center was such a magical one for our family, and we hope our daughter will get to experience the program in a few years as well. Now we have our 3-year-old finishing up her first year at SCC in the Brown Room with Ms. Melissa, and what a dream year it has been for her -- and for us! She has had so many wonderful experiences this year. Some of her highlights have been the class parties and celebrations, cooking in class, walking field trips to O'Neill Park and In-N-Out for "Fryday Friday" (although the real highlight there wasn't the fries -- it was getting to cross the footbridge over the toll road!), growing pumpkin seeds and wheatgrass, creating endless art projects, visiting Lora the bunny in the courtyard, going to chapel, weekly share day, and of course the everyday fun of playing and making new friends. She is absolutely thriving and genuinely loves going to school each day. What stands out most to us after 4 years at this incredible preschool is how deeply the teachers care about the children. They truly take the time to know each child as an individual, and every child feels loved, valued, and appreciated there.

When our daughter transitioned from Saddleback to TK at Robinson elementary, she was well prepared and ahead of most other TK students. Our son is still at Saddleback and enjoys school there.

My son is very shy and stay with me all the time. And he didn't talk much or running around. It's totally an insult to me and my son. They claimed they are a Christian school.
