This team is one in a million! They were forthright about potential challenges from the beginning, communicative about options, and willing to do whatever it took to do the job right. They told us exactly when they could start and when they would finish; when they would be working and when they would not be. They were even specific about start times and punctual at that! The job was not without complications (of course...) but they were undeterred. Their positive attitude is awesome, as is their creativity to come up with solutions to snags on the fly, and the finished product speaks for itself. It is MAGNIFICENT! It is PERFECT! This is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. After trying to get a bid from Terry Larson for many weeks, he was unresponsive but after writing an honest review about how he would not respond, he contacted me immediately, apologized profusely and promised to help me get my job done. I took the review down as I believed him as he appeared sincere. Terry Larson personally measured my house, dropped of sample boards of siding and sent me a bid the end of June. He told me to inform the insurance company my siding was no longer available. I took care of the insurance company, which took a few months and was able to get the siding approved. I made several attempts to contact Terry Larson to assist him in getting more money than what the insurance company would pay and he completely ignored me - refusing to respond. The owner, Terry Larson, does not honor his word once given and no one answers the phone, responds to messages or calls back. Bryan Hershfeld recommended me to Larson Exteriors as he claimed he was starting to work for them and was getting business cards. He wanted me to give out business cards to my neighbors, which I would have done. I had hired Mr. Hershfeld to do some work on other properties. While he was at my home, he damaged my property then refused to return calls or repair the damages. Terry Larson validated that Bryan Hershfeld was working with him. Zero starts all the way. In response to Terry Larson's response posted 10/11/24: I have extensive experience with construction contractors for 30 years. Terry Larson, Larson Exteriors and Bryan Hershfeld don't appear to realize that running a business requires actually answering the phone, following up, doing what they promise, responding to text messages and emails, detailing their scope of work in writing and being honest with customers. This is not rocket science. It's common sense. Unfortunately during these very strange times, there are a lot of posers and scammers out there that put up websites and claim to do various construction services but only want to collect money up front without actually doing anything ... claiming its' for "materials". Then they want you to wait until they feel like showing up but in reality they need to find subcontractors to do the work. They don't want to put any details in their bids including the brand of materials or warranties. Hired them to clean up all the leaves that fell after mid-December. Two guys did a thorough job…read moregetting all the leaves. They did a great job in the bed that has the ivy to remove the leaves and not damage the ivy. They haul all the leaves to the front using tarps then use their machine that sucks up the leaves and mulches them. No clean up needed on my part and no hauling recycling leaf bags to the curb. To make payment easy they accept payment via Zelle. I really like not writing checks. I received a text message when they were on their way and when they arrived. Great Service!

We paid $1600 to have mulch in our front yard, around our pool and a specific area in our woods. We had them come out and walked through each area prior to the bid. They mulched most of our large wooded area including our yard waste pile and the covered many of our ferns and other plants in areas they were not supposed to mulch. They did not mulch our front yard or the pool area. When we contacted them they said they used more mulch than planned when they mulched areas we did not want mulched so they could not mulch the front yard or the pool area unless we paid more.

We use them for grass seeding and aeration, fertilizer (6 times a year), weekly mows, and irrigation (backflow inspection, sprinkler repair, turn on / turn off).
