They have a payment portal that accepts debit cards so you don't have pay the 3.5% credit card fee or mail a check, but both of those are options. They have some financing options, but I didn't look in detail. They were booking 4-5 weeks out, but it can vary. The fence did take 2 partial days due to weather interfering (it's a small yard), but they came back on Saturday to finish rather than waiting until the next week, which I wouldn't have expected. They confirm the exact date of installation a couple days in advance. The fence is still very new, but it looks good. I'll update if needed. The part that really prompted me to write this is they had put up a dented gate, which I didn't realize was temporary. I noticed but decided not to be difficult and complain. They called a week and a half later and said they saw it was dented and the new gate was ready (had to be made custom) and would be installed the next day. I am impressed they actually cared enough to provide a new one one, unprompted, and installed the initial gate so that my dog could roam freely in the meantime. It seems they actually care about doing a good job.

Caulk failed prior to first heavy rain. -Slider on back of house also lacked an aluminum rain cap and caulk when payment was requested for a completed job. I called and Maris came out and caulked. No capping on slider. -"Installation includes all caulking/aluminum capping-where needed" is stated on the Maris contract. -First heavy rain 3 weeks after install I had heavy water running down the sheathing and interior foundation wall below one window where caulk failed, and wrap was catching water. -Maris paid for Servpro water remediation to dry up the water and do a flood cut after I requested it. Maris and I agreed to have Alside's warranty contractor detail and repair all the issues from my install in April 2024. We finished with an estimated quote that we were very happy with. Tom was wonderful. He gave me sound advice on my selections for the kitchen remodel. He went through the cost, time-line, and process. Tom went to warehouses with me for selections on the items. Matthew Pevehouse, thank goodness for him. I had a family emergency out-of-state. Matt took care of everything for us. The whole crew were wonderful. Matt took pictures and kept me up to date. If there was an issue it was quickly resolved.
