Tom has always been very responsive and prompt to address any concerns or questions that we had. He provided an awesome irrigation system that we would've never found on our own. He was our Gardner once a month for about six months and we hired him for a large echo friendly job in our yard. I contacted Jesus a few days after his work was scheduled to be complete in our rental home. He stated that he was sick and would finished the work soon. After another two weeks I contacted him when I noticed all of our new plants were dying. He stated that he forgot to turn on the irrigation system and would come back to finish the job as well as replace the dead plants. Our synthetic turf was installed incorrectly and is coming up on 3 edges. He used a sprayer on our deck which came out uneven and he did not stain our railing. The sprayer also left a large amount of stain on our brick wall which can't be removed. I've attempted to contact Jesus for several months and he's ignored all phone calls and text messages. When my husband called from a different number he was quick to answer and offer several excuses as to why he hasn't come back. He assured us he would return that week, however it's been an additional two months and no sign of him. Unfortunately for us, we paid him in full and he only completed 3/4 of the work. We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ).
