She told me take some Sudafed and some DayQuil and go to work. I was told if I didn't get a flu test done that my work note would come off really bad and this that the third because I said I couldn't afford to get a test done but I have flu like symptoms. The nurse at the front was like we've never had anybody deny a flu test and basically made me feel broke even though I can go buy a flu test for cheaper. Their flu test are $40. And the crazy part is the work note doesn't even say what you're sick with on it so I didn't even need to take this test!!!! They wasted my money and time and were arrogant and rude!
