If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The wannabe "doctor" here is absolutely terrible! She is disrespectful, condescending, and rude!!! The lady at the front desk is also not very knowledgeable about her own workplace and pricing. Please don't go here especially if you don't have health insurance they will speak to you as if your less and mention you not having money. I was told oh let's add a covid test, oh yeah wait your paying nvm... I also was forced to wait over 20 mins after my appointment time... and they didn't even have me go in both rooms they made me get my blood pressure taken while answering questions even though you aren't suppose to talk while you get it done. I was also forced to go back in the waiting room for 15 minutes while my other test was done that I was basically coerced into doing. like I'm literally the patient why can't I stay in the room while my test is being done but I have to go back in the waiting room and she didn't even call me in and talk to me. She literally just handed me the papers and told me to leave. She also didn't have any care for what kind of job that I have or what kind of schedule that I have for needing to be off of work because I feel sick and just wrote that I could go back in the next morning and did not give a damn about how I felt about it since I have a laborious job. She told me take some Sudafed and some DayQuil and go to work. I was told if I didn't get a flu test done that my work note would come off really bad and this that the third because I said I couldn't afford to get a test done but I have flu like symptoms. The nurse at the front was like we've never had anybody deny a flu test and basically made me feel broke even though I can go buy a flu test for cheaper. Their flu test are $40. And the crazy part is the work note doesn't even say what you're sick with on it so I didn't even need to take this test!!!! They wasted my money and time and were arrogant and rude! read more

My daughter wasn't feeling well, and we feared strep. Got a same day appointment, and we were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff was fantastic - friendly, professional, efficient, and the pricing was transparent and quite fair. I'd recommend this clinic without hesitation. read more

On April 30th, I made an appointment for 18-year-old son with the Little Clinic at the Glenwood Rd, Atlanta Location. I've been here before a few times, but on this particular visit it was very unprofessional. My son appointment was at 4:15 pm, we arrived before that time I had already pre-checked in and the kiosk was not on. All the staff was in the exam rooms. So, you would think that they were assisting with other patients. Once the young man came out, there was NO professional greeting/customer service. The first thing he asked was do I have an appointment and not even checking to see if we were able to sign from the kiosk and says you need have everything loaded in the system. He proceeds to check the computer, he ask for my insurance card and lets me know that they don't accept my insurance. I had no problem paying the $99 because my insurance was not accepted. Now the other staff member steps out and ask, do she have somebody. During this time, I'm thinking that there was another patient before my son. There wasn't anyone being seen. Second turn off, was he left walked to her exam room and closed the door with no explanation. She then motioned for my son to come in the exam room. Since my son is 18 years old and for this simple visit for athlete's feet (toe fungus) there was no need for me go in the exam room. As I waited for my son, the young man with annoyance sees another patient. No professional greeting or customer service for this patient either, just a gasp of annoyance under his breath. And lastly, I became even more frustrated with the care because at the end of the exam the door opened and the lady attending to my just open the door for him to exit and the door close behind him. When a medical staff is standoffish, that's a deal breaker for me. Healthcare is expensive enough and to have staff from a medical profession with no common courtesy. I asked my son who works himself, how was his visit, he said it was trash. And last I checked; common courtesy doesn't cost a thing. But being polite goes a long way. Quick doc n' a box. No actual doctors, but 2 nurse practioners on hand to check out all major ailments, give physicals, vaccines, etc. Large waiting area next to the Pharmacy in the front left corner of the store when you walk in. They take insurance. I think I paid $25 as a copay. I was having a major week long headache and popped in for a quick few minutes. I called 1st and they said they don't take appointments, that it is walk-in only. Fine for me, since I was maybe their 1st customer ever. What, what! Filled out all my info on an easy touch computer screen, paid my money, saw the NP. She examined me and gave me a few different options of treatment. I picked one and she sent me off after emailing my prescriptions to CVS. I told an NP friend about my visit and method of treatment and she said it sounded fine, other than a slightly heavy dose of steroids. Alls well that ends well. My headache has been gone for 3 days and I got to ride my bike 1 mile and spend 30 minutes at most getting diagnosed. Yes! read more

The Little Clinic was understaffed, but the nurse practitioner helped me with my sinus infection. It is The Little Clinic's billing department that is horrible. I paid $99.00 for my office visit. They turned around and billed my insurance using the information they had on record. After the insurance company adjusted the amount, the Little Clinic sent me a bill of $45.83 for the office visit. Many times, I have provided my credit card receipt showing I paid $99.00. I have already paid twice as much as I should have paid, but they want me to pay even more. Now, they have sent me to collections. Their help with my sinus infection was not worth this kind of hassle! read more

Our son's doctors office was completely booked and suggested going to a clinic. I saved a spot in line thru the website, showed up a little early and planned on waiting. We got there before their lunch break, no big deal... like I said we planned on waiting... The receptionist was visibly perturbed at our showing up and told us they were going to lunch...so she didn't check us in. When they got back an hr later, she asked for the insurance card and told us that not only will they NOT take our insurance but that I couldn't pay for the visit out of pocket because it would be considered fraud. Couldn't she have saved my poor sick 5 year old son from having to sleep on a chair for an hour by just doing her JOB? How long must you work in healthcare to lose your empathy enough to let a sick child wait for no fricking reason with a 104 fever? Jerrrrrrrkkkksss. This place is extremely understaffed and while the doctor is good, she is super overwhelmed with too many patients, no breaks, and long lines. Even with auto sign in online I have waited for over an hour. The staff is super friendly, but it is a place to go for 'I need antibiotics' not 'I am actually having an emergency/am super sick'. read more

I've been seen at the little clicic in the pass and had a decent experience. However, I went to take my son for a school physical, and before we got to the counter we turned away rudely. We were told that walk-ins are not accepted. I guess I'm confused by the point of this clinic If not to take walk-ins. This is the primary benefit advertised for the clinic. A huge thank you and shout out to Shalonda & Lauren!! After trying 4 places to get my kids flu shots on a Saturday, Shalonda worked a miracle and squeezed us in (all this when she was slated to take her lunch break). She was warm, courteous, compassionate and flexible. Customer service of this caliber is rare to find! And, let's face it, squeezing in a 2yo and a 4yo for a flu shot wasn't going to be exactly stress-free... regardless of the tears, these two handled us like professionals. I was also impressed to find that Lauren had prior pediatric experience (and it showed!). Seriously, thank you both! And for the record, I'm STILL waiting on CVS minute clinic to text me about the appt I booked with them. A 6hr wait for CVS just isn't feasible with little ones. You guys totally saved the day, and we'll definitely be coming back. Thank you! read more

I've been sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes and the receptionist hasn't even taken my insurance information. There is one other person waiting. Very disappointed that I have to be here to get a prescription refilled and they obligate a visit to the doctor to do it. An example of poor customer service in the area that demands the best service. read more

The woman who works the desk here is extremely rude. She really should look into finding a profession that doesn't involve helping people because she is most unhelpful. I have never been treated so rude upon arrival anywhere in my life. My husband expressed how rude she was to him when he visited here one day and the only reason why I tried a visit here is because my friend said she had a great experience. The experience she had must have been before this awful woman worked here. DO NOT visit here if you are in need of any kind of health care. I would only return here if this woman was fired. I suggest going somewhere else and I suggest this woman get laid, smile and learn how to talk to people. I was greeted with such a rude attitude upon approaching the desk, I told her to find a new job, have a nice day and then I left. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I'm still shaking from how rude she was to me and how upset it made me. If you want a more warm friendly experience, Highland Urgent Care on Ponce de Leon is wonderful. Not very impressed. The staff act like robots. The stoned kid who checked me in never left the room even after the NP came in to examine. The NP seemed as knowledgeable as Web MD. The "exam" part took less than 3 minutes. No joke. They then proceeded to call in three prescriptions "to try" and 2 of them were available cheaper over the counter a whole 10 seconds away. Made me feel like this is a Kroger scam. Had to go to a real. Doctor the following week. TLC also never sent medical records as promised. I would never go again. Maybe it's OK for a physical or a cold but I tried twice and both times were fails read more

I had an overall great experience with Dr. Vora. I needed to get seen quickly due to being bitten by a dog. I was able to reserve a time to seen online within 2 hours and was seen promptly. I incorrectly thought I needed to just get a tetanus shot. After speaking with Dr. Vora, I decided that I would need to have an examination to see if I would need antibiotics. She clearly let me know that this would lead to needing to pay my copay. She inspected and cleaned the bite and prescribed an antibiotic. Then when picking up the prescription at my local pharmacy, the new technician was unable to locate my prescription. I called to have it resent right at closing time. The technician was eventually shown how to locate the prescription. However, Dr. Kira called me 30 minutes after the clinic closed to make sure that everything was sorted out. This is great service. I highly recommend her and am glad to have her in the neighborhood. read more
