We live in a 3rd story condo. To effectively reach and clean the outside windows for us was seen as impossible. In our attempts, we smeared and streaked and pretty much-made matters worse. We met David of Ease Your Pains window cleaning at a West Chamber event and knew we had to give him a call asap. That asap turned into months before we were finally able to reach out to them. At last, we were scheduled and only 2 weeks out - which we saw as very reasonable. When Simon and Jacob were finished with our windows it was like someone had turned on the lights! The guys were efficient, quick, personable, and capable of spotlessly cleaning the exteriors without the use of a ladder. It was a pleasant, no muss no fuss deal. We would have definitely given 5 stars, but they showed up several hours early without a text or phone call to check in with us. David did an excellent job cleaning the windows on our home before our son's wedding a couple of years ago. This spring, we called him again to wash the windows AND the storms on a house that we (our handyman company) were rehabbing. The home had been abandoned for at least 15 years and the windows, naturally, were filthy. David cleaned the windows (4 surfaces each, with the storms), and the screens, AND the tracks. And the windows had mullions (dividers) in them, which of course makes it harder because he couldn't just sweep across the whole window but had to do each pane individually. Also, three of them were in deep window wells, and he got those sparkling too. Well, my only disagreement with 5 star review is, for this window cleaning company can't go lower then 5 star Plus. I had them come to do my windows at Green Valley condo and three floors of window , always on time if any change always they called ahead of time and made different time or date. I am glad to see still 5 star Plus Ease your panes team still doing a 5 star plus job, many not like them when build a new home window cleaning a not. Thrilled this year clear and spotless. They left me a message that they were 20 minutes out, I had a problem so they worked with me, made my life a little easier and not rushed , they handled problem . Very Professional staff , from scheduling to starting the job. All happy and less stress with staff help, when you have Emergency and they have the solution appreciate that. read more

We moved into a new home that most likely hadn't had their windows cleaned, ever. You could barely see clearly out them. Certainly the sun came through but to foggy, double pained windows. I usually try to hire a single person owned company with experience so this was a first. While they are not a big outfit, small enough for good quality control. The window technician, I'll call him, did as good a job as could be. Hard working, communicated perfectly, precision job. Professional as could be. We had boxes and boxes he had to work around and he never complained and just treated it as part of the job, which I know it isn't. The windows at my cabin had never been washed since it was built 5 years ago. Dave gladly made the trip out to not only wash the windows but also to clear the gutters on the exterior high walls. The windows are now spotless, even the high hard-to-reach ones. He also washed the sills, and left everything in place just as it was when he arrived. Altogether a superior job at a very fair price. There are a number of businesses out there that provide window cleaning and it is hard to know who to use. David and his crew are the ones you should use. They truly care about your windows and the services not only include cleaning them, but they look at the "health" of your glass. We had some windows that were experiencing breakdown of there thermo qualities affect the heat shielding and view. Fantastic! David did an amazing job making our house beautiful again. We have floor to ceiling windows in our historical mid-century modern home. After the winter, trying to enjoy the view out the windows was less than enjoyable. After our visit with Ease Your Panes, it's like there aren't even windows there. My beautiful view has returned. Tom at Ease Your Panes did an outstanding job cleaning our windows. We hadn't cleaned them in so long that it was difficult even seeing out the windows! We took their recommendation to do a "scrape" of the heavy soil. The cleaning also included the cleaning of the track, and the screens. Fantastic work and the price was great (33 windows for $225). Jose did an amazing job on my townhouse with extra-tall windows and multiple floors. The only complaint is that they didn't note that had a three-story place, and it took several hours longer than usual to wait for someone with a tall ladder to appear.
