I can attest that the quality of care provided here is nothing short of outstanding. Every interaction has been positive. The clinical staff, including all the Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), deliver consistently excellent care. Dr. Fischbeck, in my experience, is magical; he has a remarkable ability to correctly and swiftly diagnose significant medical issues, and his judgment regarding necessary specialist referrals is always spot-on and deeply appreciated. Beyond the medical expertise, the operations run flawlessly. The office staff is super nice and helpful on the phone and in person. I have never had an issue getting a same-day appointment when urgency called for it, and the added convenience of an on-site blood lab is incredibly helpful. I have the utmost confidence in this practice. I feel I am always in the best possible hands at Kachina Family, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional primary care.

Are zero stars an option? I wish I would've looked at some…read moreof these reviews before my initial appointment. I too now have tolerated the incompetence of this office . . . yet for the last time! I asked for & was told I would leave with a new prescription. Didn't happen! I emailed copies of Medicare and supplemental insurance cards, which they received. I then proved prior health records which they didn't open & put in my file. I emailed questions I had regarding My Health and never received a response back. Finally, I called and they said that that email address is not monitored and any questions needed to be put in the portal. Although the email is where I sent my insurance cards and health records so don't tell me it's not monitored. I entered a couple questions in the portal and ask for updates on various occasions. I finally received a phone call one day shy of three weeks. Asked if I could call back or if they could put me on hold. I said I could be put on hold, but finally hung up after four minutes had passed. I finally received a call back from someone with an absolute snotty attitude. Recd notice that my prescription was ready. So why now? Dr. Page told me he was issuing a specific dose prescription, but Walmart said they received something else, which was true once I filled it I waited over an hour for my appointment. I was going to give them five more minutes and then just absolutely leave, but they finally showed up. No apology - nothing. I would've thought they were potentially getting even with me, but they hadn't even heard my complaints. Information in messages say that the MRI scans are normal for my left leg but abnormal for my right. I don't see any thing in those scan results or evaluations from the doctors at the scan site review that would indicate there's anything abnormal with the x-rays just from Page. Additionally, it's my left knee that's causing issues. Why is there something abnormal noted with my right knee? Am I going to get specific follow up directions with the urologist as promised? Is that something I need to move forward on? Should an MRI on my knees be the next step? If so, why aren't we moving on that topic? I'm very confused. I sent messages to the portal asking these questions today. Page's office called. Asked me if I had results that X-ray & scan was negative. I asked them, "don't they know if they communicated to me?" I asked what should my expectations be? No real answer. The said bla bla bla. I said it's been 9 days. If it was your health, you'd care more! Dr. Paige asked me if we had reviewed the results of the knee x-ray, the MRI of my prostate, and or the MRI on my knee. Doesn't he know if we did? I asked Dr. page why the notes from his practice on the portal indicate that I have cartilage tear whereas the radiologist doctors report from the MRI indicate that I have a slight meniscus tear. Dr. page said that they're the same. He said, "A meniscus tear is the same as a cartilage tear." All other professionals I've asked including physical therapists, (and the internet) says that's false and I also know it to be false as well. Also, why do I read so much in the report regarding pain in my right knee? I've never talked about any pain in my right knee!! My issue is always been my left knee. Report says/quoted as follows: "Stressed the importance for losing weight. Discussed ways to initiate lifestyle changes, such as diet changes and exercise, to achieve weight loss and improve overall health." We NEVER had a conversation about weight and anyone who knows me (doctors included) would know that I do not need to lose any weight. Also, the report indicated that I was a smoker ("tobacco use: yes"). WTF?? I've never smoked in my life. This was the last straw. I don't need to tolerate this practice any longer!! I paid my bill in full, but then hours later I receive an email saying that I still owed money. Additional blood was drawn for specific tests and the results were received April 5th yet April 15th the results are yet to be reviewed by the doctor and I'm concerned because one area Is still out of range. WTF!! The office finally responded to me (they apologized) and said that the doctor looked at it and it was "normal and stable." I said "based on what? It's clearly out of range and I sent a follow up message today." They said if I had any other questions, I needed to make an appointment with the doctor. My prescription refill was delayed because the doctors office ordered capsules instead of tablets. It was just supposed to be a refill of the prior prescription. Why is this so difficult? Goodbye forever!!

WORST. They are TERRIBLE schedulers & have made me late not just once. I put up with it only bc I…read moredid not have a second choice at that time & thought maybe 1st several appointments Curtis was just in a bad mood. Only to find out after 3 visits this was NOT the case. Disrespectful. Arrogant. Ill-informed. How this practice stays afloat is beyond me.
