It's very obvious that they will not consider that folks have other challenges, and any kind of chronic illness is supposed to just disappear. After hearing the results, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the supplements. They recommended I take $1200 worth and that's only a 3 month supply... I took time to think about it even though I was terrified that I'm falling apart on the inside. I work in the medical industry and immediately made a call to get a second opinion. I took her my lab results (she didn't even recognize that lab) and she concluded that the only thing I was actually low on was testosterone.. all of my levels were normal and she had no clue where Julie got her scales. She wrote me a script for 1/4 the cost that Julie was going to charge me. My curiosity was sparked so I looked at the supplements and quickly found that the supplements on the list I was given initially were extremely inflated in price. They don't take insurance so it is an all cash profit, which should have been my first indicator that something was off.
