The Box is clean and well managed. The workouts are well-designed. Classes are small and individual training is an option too. Luis is a drama queen and yelled at me. I felt mistreated by both. Although the classes are crazy cheap, I filed a dispute and got my money back for both classes because the service was horrible. I would rather spend $47 on a single 50 minute workout class than a penny here. I took my money elsewhere, so should you. Both Yelp and Equis remove negative comments about companies. There's a large group of older adults and individuals with medical conditions who aren't being considered. The only alternative they offer is Water Zumba, which doesn't work for me. On top of that, the membership prices have increased significantly. Even with financial assistance, $35 a month feels like a stretch for a single person. Overall, it no longer feels accessible or geared toward working-class individuals or people with limitations when you bring it up to their attention they truly don't care. They have different coaches all well trained and highly experienced in the baseball fields. You can also join a club and take classes to better your self. The place itself is very spacious it has a section for exersice lift weights as well do yoga and many more. They also have a store up stairs with custom made bats and gloves and other accessories that will come in handy as a baseball player. They also have a section with water, Powerade and Gatorade plus other sweet snacks that will get you going. If you need to find a trainer for your self, a coach, or want to join a baseball team you should come here they train all ages.
