The process was very easy. The pool is clean and it gest lil crowded sometimes, but the intructor (Ivan) makes the experience very enjoyable. He makes sure all students are on the same page and actually goes student by student to check if they are learning properly. Was surprised to see he teaches inside of the water. I remember trying to take a swimming class in college and the instructor never got in the water to show the students how its done and we were all always lost and barely learned anything. Overall an amazing experience, I am so happy I found this gem on groupon. Every week he teaches a new technique and we get to practice what we learned already so we don't forget. Would definitely recommend to anyone that has struggled with swimming as an adult like I have. I can finally breathe while swimming!

And now, after I left a negative review, they've decided to try to paint my children as "troublemakers." For those who need a good workout, be prepared to swim around your neighbors. During the summer, test your patience with all of the visitors with day passes. The gym and pool hours are limited and designated for classes and gender/age groups. If the location works for you and you can accept the limited schedules, join the Bronx House.
