The office staff have always been happy and kind during any interactions we've had. A good percentage of the park are "snow birds" so the park gets really quiet for about half the year. The return of the birds means more social events at the clubhouse which is always a great time. Our neighbors and people we've met in the park have all been great too. We aren't members of the HOA and there's no pressure to join it either. We made a good choice moving here and have no regrets.
