Everything was fine and they showed up the next day to see what I needed. I followed up with him on June 18 to see if they had a quote ready and he said no. If they did not want the job, I just needed them to follow up with me like any normal business owner would do, but apparently they do not want to follow up.

I see daylight from cracks i have in my floor area where the molding I am taking off to fix. I also found when I dry my clothes the floor in another room got hot. I pulled out my dryer vent and the vent was blowing out in the space where there should be insulation!! This causes moisture where it shouldnt be. They didn't drop it out below the vapor barrier. Also there is another area that is not covered by the vapor barrier. I found out later that other companies would have been $3500-5000 for 1300 sq ft and that was with them vapor barrier, mold spray, insulating and running new ducting. I paid almost double and got VERY POOR Quality of work. I actually doubt they sprayed for mold either. This is post is much delayed because I am just now able to get my place fixed from the hurricanes last year.

They were late....their work order did NOT match the scope of work discussed, and of course the original guy could not be reached on the day-of. They finally agreed to DO IT the way the estimator and I designed and then, since I was already late for work, I had to leave. They said it was at most a 2-hour job.
