Everything was fine and they showed up the next day to see what I needed. I followed up with him on June 18 to see if they had a quote ready and he said no. This was in April 25. Requested new vapor barrier and insulation. Speed getting it finished was…read moregood. BUT, the cost I paid, I found out I was ripped off and the actual quality is poor. I see daylight from cracks i have in my floor area where the molding I am taking off to fix. I also found when I dry my clothes the floor in another room got hot. I pulled out my dryer vent and the vent was blowing out in the space where there should be insulation!! This causes moisture where it shouldnt be. They didn't drop it out below the vapor barrier. Also there is another area that is not covered by the vapor barrier. I found out later that other companies would have been $3500-5000 for 1300 sq ft and that was with them vapor barrier, mold spray, insulating and running new ducting. I paid almost double and got VERY POOR Quality of work. I actually doubt they sprayed for mold either. This is post is much delayed because I am just now able to get my place fixed from the hurricanes last year.

The short version is this---A+ for Patrick Murray. The long version starts with an email and…read morefollows with Patrick quickly getting back to me about a 38' 2023 Diesel Pusher inspection. The RV was kept well with 19K miles but I wasn't sure about it so I contracted with Patrick to go see her and let him do his thing. Patrick was on the ball early and showed me an example of his long and detailed report from his web site (it was great and you should read it) followed by a phone call where he offered to be at the RV dealership asap. Just two days later he arrived early at the dealership, notified me he had begun his inspection and several hours later he had completed a long list of reviewed items and started a detailed report. Later that night I received a multi-page report via email with pictures and lots of specifics. If you'd like to know what he does, take a look at the sample inspection report on his website---it's very good. My inspection report reviewed several things I would've never found and many I wouldn't have even thought to look for. The report was long but easy to read and very detailed. I will use this report to negotiate with the dealer to fix/address these items, get what I want and knock a few bucks off the asking price. I HIGHLY recommend Patrick Murray.
