Last year my first experience with the change over I called with terrible pain I had an abscess and the woman told me they had an opening in 2 weeks....I went to an emergency clinic for antibiotics instead because she told me without the appointment there's nothing else they could do. Once I finally did have an appointment with them they tried to charge for my work in full before billing my insurance at checkout. (Did the same to my sister as well) I believe it's Dr. Harris' wife who works at the front, she came off very curt and unconcerned just repeating it's the "new policy", that's all good and well, but maybe appraise patients of that who have been coming here for 20+ years . Used to be the only dentist I trusted I recommend finding somewhere else to anyone used to the comfort of Dr. Ringler he will be very missed, but I, as well as my entire family, have found a great new practice that doesn't feel like they're taking advantage. Also found that after my first appointment with my new dentist they missed a crack so deep in the back of my mouth I had to have the tooth removed.

All areas were clean and organized. Dan - the hygienist was the most knowledgeable person I have encountered in a medical office. He was thorough, patient, and answered every question in detail. He was easy to talk to and so helpful. He explained everything during my cleaning and shared what he was was seeing. Dr. Rodríguez was also very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He supported everything the hygienist said and they worked very well together to make sure I was informed of my dental health and happy with my visit. Dr. Flonta has been managing my mouth full of unfortunate surprises for three years. Crowns, implants, deep cleans, root canals ... the works. I've been very pleased with the quality of work and the overall cost. She's as good a dentist as I've ever had in all my years of big city life. I trust her judgement implicitly. And she's put together an efficient and helpful team. Couldn't be happier.

Unfortunately my experience made me leave this practice. I had extra funds on my dental benefit at…read morethe end of year and I asked if there was preventative care that I could use that extra money on. Dr. Flonta said there were three teeth that could use some preventative fillings. When the office manager looked at my benefits, she said it would cost approximately $189.00 So I agreed to set the appointment and have the preventative care done. In January I received an additional bill for $274.50! When I asked several times for them to rectify this situation, they denied any compromise besides spreading out the payments. I would have never had the preventative fillings done if they had said it would be $463.50! Very poor information (and that's their job) and no ownership for misleading information.
