Be careful at this gas station they may have skimmers. I tried getting gas and when I put my credit card into the machine it said I needed to go inside to see the cashier. I charged $30 to my card. But when I checked my bank a few days later. They tried charging me $175. Which was declined because I only had $34 left on my card. But the $30 went through. Someone's trying to steal credit card information at this gas station.. read more

I've lived in the same apartment about 4 blocks away since I moved here 2 years ago, and while everyone there has been awesome, the two folks working tonight were extra wonderful. The wife and I went to go eat at the Screen Door, which is across the street from this particular 76. It has a nice little My Goods Market inside filled with random stuff. This 76 stands out to me because it was very clean, organized inside and outside, they have this guy named Juan provided really great customer service by doing what not too many gas stations around Southern California (where we are from) do..... which was fill up our tank for us!!!!! Juan was really really cool, along with the guy working inside as their cashier while we were waiting. Everything felt very chill and homely as opposed to many 76's that we are used to seeing around So Cal, entirely because this one's in Oregon; of course. They have everything from random go-to mini souvenirs, to a great variety of energy drinks, random-ass blu ray movies, etc.. Waiting 5 min for some dead beat who needs a job is UN-American..... WTF Oregon I'm perfectly capable of pumping my own gas and I won't even chip a nail in the process. I would have appreciated my windows cleaned but the two guys trying to figure out how to pump the gas couldn't even have figured that one out.... Michael, the gas attendant was very kind and attentive. He asked how he could help me, then asked if I wanted my windows cleaned. In my opinion he went far above my usual experience at gas stations. I was having a DAY, and he really helped me out. I hope he stays. read more

I stopped in the convenience store at this 76 for a bag of chips and brought it to the counter. The man working there first asked me if I was a student at the high school just down the street. I get it - I look really young. I said no and tried to just be polite. But I realized this guy was leering at me. Even licking his gold teeth at me on his way out. It would've been funny if it wasn't so creepy. Keep in mind: he had JUST asked me what high school I go to. I made this account just to write this here because the only thing that helped my fury after being creeped on like that was knowing that I could write a review there later. 2/3 of the time no matter the time if day, when I go to get gas there is nonody to pump it amd all pumps are blocked off. It has been this way at least 2 years now. Who is the manager that hires no shows constantly? Today there has been no pumper for 2 hours. How much revenue is lost? 76 knows customer service! -- Each employee was helpful and polite, every visit. Most people have a routine when it comes to getting gas and if you add 76 to yours you wont regret it! The encouraging morning staff can provide pleasant chatter while getting your coffee or simply get you in, out and on your way. The afternoon staff can always bring a smile to your face with their good natured small talk and speedy service. You don't expect a gas station to be a fun place to stop, especially later in the evening, but the staff doesnt let working weekends/evenings get them down. Always smiling and always nimble, the attendants make sure you're not waiting at the pump. read more

The people who work here are really nice but I can't tell you how many times I have driven to get gas and had all the pumps be blocked by cones or trash cans. I've also currently been waiting outside for 30 mins while a "be back in 10" sign is hung on the door. About 12 people have come and gone. Tried knocking on the door but nothing. I think maybe the employee left the store. read more

I stopped by this station this afternoon I had a full schedule and didn't have time to stop for gas as it usually takes a while at most stations. We'll I was completely caught off guard here the attendant working this afternoon was like a breath of fresh air he was taking the gas cap off while he asked what I needed toda.. Clean gas, decently friendly service, and easy enough access if you're going north on 20th or east on Burnside. This is a station I hit every once in a while since it's the only one in the immediate area. There's a little convenience store inside but Plaid across the street has more variety. I just want to say that I never imagined writing a review for a gas station but this one Really stands out. I typically don't get there before 11pm so I always see the night staff. Everyone I've encountered has been incredibly kind and do their job Like it should be done. Even though I've been coming here for years I recently learned of some of the staffs names....Rachel, Brandon and Doug (I immediately put them in my phone so I would remember) so...the attendants I usually get are Rachel and Doug. Although sometimes she works inside and I always go inside because I need to use their restroom. Which I might add is very clean and I just appreciate that they let me use it. But Rachel always has a smile is friendly and extremely efficient. Doug is always right there to help. And I know he's been there for years and can answer any question I might possibly have. I never have to wait and I appreciate that kind of help especially at this time of night. I would go out of my way to go to this station to get gas and snacks and maybe some scratch its at midnight. Thanks for making this such a pleasant experience. And just so u know...I usually dread going to get gas. But not here! I know...crazy huh? It's a gas station. Stopped here the other day to get gas and cigs. It was pouring down rain. I mean not your normal Oregon rain, but monsoonish. I got out of the car and went inside to buy smokes ( yes I know they are bad for me, we have a love/ hate relationship) I get up to the counter and ask for 2 packs and place my money on the counter. The cashier says I need to see your ID. Me: Its in my car. Cashier: I need to see it. Me: Really? ( mind you, I'm 46 years old) Cashier: yes I run out in the monsoon rains to get my drivers license. Run back in and place it on the counter. She gives me the smokes and my change. Never even looked at the ID. Me: pissed! read more

East Burn has always been a favorite of my husband. I always get burgers for take out when I want to surprise him with a new cooking dinner night. I had a couple of mistakes with our orders but the manager was quick to fix the issue and was very friendly. read more

these gas station attendants are the most friendly people ever! i started stopping here on my way to work in the early mornings and every time the server has been happy and kind and a joy to be around. i dont dread getting gas anymore! =) they are a big pricer than some others but its worth it for the damn good service! read more
