The delivery man (yes, just one man) drug the mattress up our driveway over 100 ft, ripped the packaging and marred the mattress in the process. Conveniently, he placed that side against the wall when he left it in the house. When trying to contact customer service I got the runaround for days. Scott was handling the case, but Mike would answer saying he would relay the message... never got a call back. The next day when I asked to speak to Scott, magically the case was transferred to Mike! Still no call back. Sounds a bit like that comedy routine "Who's on First?" But when you have a useless $700 mattress sitting in your house, it's not funny. Today we called and got the runaround with Mike and Scott, again. They said "I'll call you back in five to ten minutes" Fifteen minutes later, WE called THEM. Still no resolution. Finally we received a phone call after another fifteen minutes, and they said they couldn't handle the issue. They said they tried (though I doubt they tried very hard) contacting the people who work with Costco and contracted them to do the job. Eventually they just gave us the contact info for those people. So WE get to do the work for their screw up. What a waste of time. Could NOT get a straight answer, very shady and disorganized.

Ordered a plasma TV online, waited a…read moreweek, RR gave me a 4 hour time window when they might deliver it, and oh by the way, they can only deliver with a SEMI TRUCK. I said there was no way to navigate a semi in my neighborhood, so I offered to pick the tv up at the warehouse... In Redmond... I live in Bend. Drove to Redmond, picked up the TV, returned home to open the box and find the TV smashed up and inoperable. Ordered a replacement, but asked if the driver could give me a 1hour heads up and deliver to a more semi-friendly address... You know, super complicated stuff to grasp...The dispatcher said sure, no problem. On delivery day, the driver called, sounding stoned as f***, and said "we'll be there in 10-15 minutes." I dropped what I was doing, headed to the house, waited... Finally after 30 minutes or so, called the driver back. He said "well, we gotta stop down near Sunriver"... Which is about 30 minutes away. So... Here I sit, after about an hour, still no sign of the truck. P!ssed. Yelp needs a zero star rating or some sort of "do not employ under any circumstances" type of review. This company is a bunch of clowns.

Horrible experience…read more I contacted a courier service, and was dispatched out to HD Courier for a one-way delivery of a drivers license from Bend to Roseburg. The driver contacted me to coordinate details, and I tried to put him in touch with the person who possesses the package, but then he said "I don't think we'd want to do this deal. We've gotten burned before by people who pay with a credit card then the credit card is no good." It was a total non-sequitur. Literally no clue what he was on about, but his attitude was awful - it sounds like he just didn't feel like taking the job. Massive jerk. Use ANY other company besides this.

This is a shady company with sketchy employees and a dimwit owner. this place is a ticking time bomb for liability considering the everyday activity of careless drivers working for this company. there is a danger to the general public and a potential for injury to others because of drivers' reckless cell phone usage and the rush to complete stat orders. drivers must immediately respond to dispatch through text messages or phone calls for rush pickup and delivery orders. i witnessed 3 out of 4 drivers handle their cell phones at least once during the day while driving rather than practice safe hands free cell phone use. elderly people who work here that need something simple and easy to do contradict the requirement to fight mid-day traffic when rushed to complete an order. i witnessed drivers displaying higher levels of stress when fighting traffic, and those unsafe stress levels became progressively worse as the work day wore on. safe driving goes beyond proper cell phone use and requires patience and common sense when dealing with busy traffic conditions. two things these drivers seem to be lacking. i witnessed drivers react to unsafe stress levels by speeding, failing to observe street signs, crossing medians, not wearing their seatbelt, and randomly honking their horn. this type of risky behavior was coupled with simultaneously reacting to their cell phones. when drivers are primarily concerned with medical time limits and keeping their job, they express a blatant disregard for public safety. this type of behavior will inevitably lead to accident, injury, and death to some unfortunate local citizen. though different people do deal with stress in different ways, this practice will be reviewed by the proper authorities as a service to the safety of the local community.
