***Terrible customer service.*** They delivered a mattress we ordered from Costco to our house in Redmond OR. The delivery man (yes, just one man) drug the mattress up our driveway over 100 ft, ripped the packaging and marred the mattress in the process. Conveniently, he placed that side against the wall when he left it in the house. When trying to contact customer service I got the runaround for days. Scott was handling the case, but Mike would answer saying he would relay the message... never got a call back. The next day when I asked to speak to Scott, magically the case was transferred to Mike! Still no call back. Sounds a bit like that comedy routine "Who's on First?" But when you have a useless $700 mattress sitting in your house, it's not funny. Today we called and got the runaround with Mike and Scott, again. They said "I'll call you back in five to ten minutes" Fifteen minutes later, WE called THEM. Still no resolution. Finally we received a phone call after another fifteen minutes, and they said they couldn't handle the issue. They said they tried (though I doubt they tried very hard) contacting the people who work with Costco and contracted them to do the job. Eventually they just gave us the contact info for those people. So WE get to do the work for their screw up. What a waste of time. Could NOT get a straight answer, very shady and disorganized. read more

Probably the worst company I've dealt with on any level. Ordered a plasma TV online, waited a week, RR gave me a 4 hour time window when they might deliver it, and oh by the way, they can only deliver with a SEMI TRUCK. I said there was no way to navigate a semi in my neighborhood, so I offered to pick the tv up at the warehouse... In Redmond... I live in Bend. Drove to Redmond, picked up the TV, returned home to open the box and find the TV smashed up and inoperable. Ordered a replacement, but asked if the driver could give me a 1hour heads up and deliver to a more semi-friendly address... You know, super complicated stuff to grasp...The dispatcher said sure, no problem. On delivery day, the driver called, sounding stoned as f***, and said "we'll be there in 10-15 minutes." I dropped what I was doing, headed to the house, waited... Finally after 30 minutes or so, called the driver back. He said "well, we gotta stop down near Sunriver"... Which is about 30 minutes away. So... Here I sit, after about an hour, still no sign of the truck. P!ssed. Yelp needs a zero star rating or some sort of "do not employ under any circumstances" type of review. Roadrunner Express made my day! Delivery was earlier than I expected. I had a mattress delivered, and Jerry, the deliverer, was super friendly and helpful. He demonstrated highest level of professionalism. Jerry and his crew went above and beyond in loading and unloading my order, and helped with advise with a box spring that I ordered but was better off without. Thank you Jerry and crew! Jerry and Cliff called me 30 minutes before the delivery. They showed up 30 minutes later, right on time. Unfortunately they had a king size bed to deliver. 4 sets of steps upstairs. A lot of work. They did this with a lot of effort and smiles on both their faces. I would recommend these two men to anyone. read more

I recently called this Company to arrange delivery of my big screen TV. The Customer Service Office, which I found out is under new management, was very competant and quickly scheduled my delivery. The delivery driver was on time, friendly, and courteous. I was impressed with the care they took of my TV and getting it into my house without incident. I would definately recommend them for shipping/delivery. I will be using them in the future, without a doubt. It is refreshing to have a local company so close by, and family owned & run! Beats the "national" delivery services by far. read more

Set up delivery for today. Told person I had plans for the day but we could be home after noon for delivery. Gave them my cell number, got no call until after 3 that they were having technical difficulties, wasted most of my day, Thanks. No good work around and would not recommend to anyone. read more

Poor organization and service. I ordered an air conditioner off of Amazon a week and a half before Central Oregon's expected heat wave. After a week into 100+ degree days still no air conditioner. They called on Friday and left a message that they had a delivery and for me to please call back to schedule a delivery appointment. I returned the call a half hour later and scheduled delivery for Monday(today). I had my Daughter sit here all day and wait for the phone call because I could not be there. I called earlier this morning to see if I could get an approximate delivery time, I was put on hold while the dispatcher checked the computer, she came back and said it would be later in the afternoon. Still no phone call by 4:45 so I called back and was told it was not in the computer for delivery today. So I am one HOT (literally)customer sitting here in my 100 degree house typing away. Maybe tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath. I will also be sending a copy of this to Amazon. read more
