He faced several challenges due to the first system, but worked through and we up and running within 4 hours. I have been with Charlie and his crew for over ten years! They have set me up with video surveillance and taken care of my alarm needs. They have always been quick to return calls and/or help when issues arise (ie, modem changes due to internet upgrades; downloading videos, etc...). They are always immediately responsive. If you want an alarm company that gives you a personal touch and cares about you personally, I recommend these guys/gals. I feel like they are almost part of my friend network after all these years, and I know feel like I know them all on a first name basis. They personally seem to care and respond outside working hours to quickly handle any situation/question. Stay far away from Brinks in Melbounre or central Florida. We where forced to sign a contract via Docusign and they never delivered. You can never speak to anyone unless payment terms are involved. We waited 45 days until a tecnician was dispatched to our new home and he left without installing any of the equipment they made us buy. After several hours on hold and using their text messsgaig service we still don't have what we signed up for. And to make matters worse, they expect us to pay the expensive termination fee. Go with ADT or a more reputable company that will actually protect your home. read more

Had a new security surveillance system installed at a small apartment complex. They listened to what I needed and why and proposed a suitable solution at a fair price, no hard sell or over sell. They are extremely responsive folks. Great communication and customer service, nothing was too much trouble, they worked around my Electricians ever changing schedule and even coordinated the internet install with Spectrum for me. We had East Coast Alarms out to "revamp" our security system. They sent our 2000's installed security system back to the 1980's. Previously everything was wired for each door and they combined random zones and created a melange out of all of the wires that we had to have them out a second time to fix it. The second tech. (A new employee) stated that whoever worked on this system made a huge mess out of it. I didnt have the heart to tell him that it was the company he worked for. He managed to rewire everything back to what it was originally meanwhile East Coast Alarms continually billed us for all the time spent for their original wiring disaster. During their first visit the technician confiscated a perfectly working motion detector and replaced it with a dummy one saying it didnt work. When the second tech came out East Coast Alarms charged us for a new motion sensor!! This company is unbelievable. They have no warrenty service, the equipment they installed is garbage and has already failed less than six months. We had to call another alarm company to clean up their mess. We will never have them in our home again. This is a company that we do not trust to protect us. read more
