Sorry folks - The first time he came, we did so well and he supplied good, sturdy, doors. Then I needed a mirror, called him, he came to measure (in his own time, late, and with 10 min notice), the price seemed good, then....nothing. It's true that he could not care less. Disappointed. Maybe Bruce just needs to stop working - people just annoy him too much. I am sorry I didn't update earlier (and that I referred him to so many friends). Overall, I think he's only interested in the bigger, house-build jobs, not the single, everyday ones.
