Although he is still in the business he suggested I call the new owner of Ship Shade. When I did I was told they are not responsible for the business they inherited and any warranty issues related to those previous contracts. So, if you bought something from Ship Shade prior to the change of ownership two years ago, good luck! That's an interesting response Jodi considering when we spoke on the phone anything relative to the assistance relative to the warranty, as noted in your response was not discussed, You said you'd charge me for a service call and evaluate and determine next steps. I have since contacted the manufacturer Nuimage and they agree the warranty is still valid and working on a solution. I believe the company is still called Ship Shade?
