Upon arrival, we were led to a cosy, little room in the back where we were welcomed with a small snack and drinks. The massage chairs were very comfortable. The ladies who did our nails were friendly and did a wonderful job! The hot wax and lotion was a treat and made our skin feel like silk. I highly recommend the luxury pedicures!

Very arrogant & unprofessional…read more I needed an emergency extraction & I had to travel to get to the clinic as no dentist was available in my area I am a person with a disability & special medical needs; I to had set up an appointment from out of town had fill out forms with med history and also called back telling them the special needs, to which I was told "don't worry, we'll put it on her file" This was obviously not done, or the file was not looked at before the appointment or any other homework done as the manager then went into a whole slew of policies about the care I needed (which was communicated twice by telephone, once in writing on intake forms) which would have been taken care of in the two week span to the appointment if their staff communicated this was necessary!! None was communicated to the dentist who was confused when I went in expecting sedation & instead I was told that my needs couldn't be met & should have been figured out before then. I talked to the front manager Tiffany F. Who was totally unprofessional and rude, blamed me (the client) & my support person for the communication error as well as blaming me for being upset at this treatment. She NEVER apologized first or last, nor took any responsibility for her staff, acted very arrogant, & again never apologized for her staffs error, instead she tried to get me to blame my support person instead!! Which is why I am actually making this review, as that was a line that was crossed. It doesn't matter how amazing the dentist may be if his support staff is so sloppy & uncaring, if things got worked out magically somehow, I don't feel I could trust this staff to treat me properly if I was woozy from sedation after today's interaction I wouldn't go here if I had known what I do now & if you have an elderly or disabled family member who has extra needs, I highly recommend you DO NOT bring them to this clinic. They won't be taken care of properly & the staff will not act professionally if special needs are required! It's probably worth the extra gas to just go to St Johns if you have any complicated health issues, as today I wasted a tank of gas to get to the clinic only to leave with both trouble Teeth still untreated & to be out for travel expenses on top of a toothache. Admin needs serious overhaul, The entire experience with the staff was more painful than the toothache. The level of disrespect & the very definition of ablism from the admin management brings serious questions to light about this office.
