Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. During the initial consultation the designer will assess your site and discuss your particular needs. The designer will evaluate the information, along with your budget requirements, develop a design, and draw up a contract for you to review. After you review the proposal and estimated cost, the designer will make any necessary changes. Once the contract is signed and a deposit has been received, Irwin Landscaping, Inc. will schedule the work. Ended up cutting out a nice area around our mailbox, mulched, and planted flowers. Looks great! They did amazing work on our vines that were killing our trees. We reclaimed a lot of our lawn by removing the brush and intrusive bushes. They even cut out and mulched out swing set area for our kids. I can't say enough good things. On July 1, 16 we had our own little tornado that took down four trees on our property along ripping…read morethe top out of a fifth tree. Four trees fell between our house and a small creek about ten feet away from the house. One tree was about 50' tall and it pancaked on two additional trees with the top of all three landing on our deck. The removal looked impossible without one or more of the trees ending up in the creek. Jeff Campbell gave the lowest estimate and arrived on time with a full crew ready to go. The equipment included a crane, a chipper, a skid loader (with clamp jaws), and a dump truck. They did a great job and finished in record time.
