I paid my arhitect $1600 for these drawings and contact ICE to meet and continue with the next steps. Not sure what happened because when I called or texted they either didn't answer or when they did, would tell me they would call me back or come another day which ofcourse they never did. I'm out $1600 because these drawings need changes and the new contractor doesn't need them. I have a friend who also did work with them and told me it was impossible to reach them after the job was completed. They are very bad at communication and don't have the courtesy to call you back. I would give them a zero if I could.

The crew showed up on time at the agreed upon date. This vendor had previously done work for me with no problems on a prior job and I was expecting everything to go smoothly. I even referred them to my neighbor who hired them for some additional work to be done while they were onsite at my house. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about what 2 large branches were supposed to be trimmed on a large oak tree. I did not get the work done that I had agreed upon with Jordan. I needed a large branch removed that was in danger of falling on my neighbor's shed. That had been discussed at length with Jordan and was the primary reason for the job. A different and much smaller branch was removed instead. Stump grinding was part of the job and that part was completed as agreed. The stump grinding equipment was left in my neighbor's driveway and a truck came to pick it up. The truck drove across my lawn. This was really not necessary since the equipment was parked in a driveway and easily accessible without driving across my lawn. This is not a big deal for me (my lawn is ok) but some folks do get upset about this stuff. Misunderstandings about which branches were to be trimmed can happen. However, I don't feel that they really cared to try and resolve the issue with a reasonable compromise in good faith. Poor attitude. I paid them in full for taking down a different branch and will now have to hire another vendor to finish the job. This vendor is no longer welcome on my property. If you do use this vendor, make sure you get each branch clearly marked.

After telling us he'd be out to repair it, he has gone silent on me since November 2023. Said in text messages, "I got you," and "We'll make it right." Now six months later they will not respond to my wife or me. See pictures of cracks from days after install. Granted, they have done other work at our home but this was a $17,000 job that looked damaged a week after install. Too many other good companies out there to risk it here!
