Moments after my initial contact -- a simple email asking if they accept my insurance -- I received a call from the office confirming they do, and offered to set an appointment as soon as that afternoon. In the office, the staff was equally attentive taking the time to get to know me, my medical history, and understand why I was visiting. During the procedure, Dr. Bonte explained everything that was going on and what was about to happen; there were no surprises. Unlike other medical practitioners, I never felt that Dr. Bonte was trying to distract me from the process. The following day, I received a call from Bonte Medical to make sure I was feeling okay, and to give me the chance to ask any additional questions. That level of patient concern...
