This is my personal experience from the work that was done. I recently called them about releveling my modular home. They gave me the quote then we set the date after my deposit. They came out without a leveler and couldn't do it so they had to reschedule saying they left the leveler measurement in another truck and the supervisor had to come out. The supervisor came out a week later, I was told after they leveled it for my husband to use his water level to make sure it was leveled. I thought they suppose to bring there own one, right? Anyway called them back letting them no my house still not leveled because the doors keep sticking. They tell me I might need to get the front side leveled now. The quote was for a DOUBLE WIDE. Everything supposed to been leveled before they left. Almost $900 later, I still have to get someone to do it right. The supervisor wasn't no help either. I would never call them for nothing again. First, let me clarify, this is my personal rating based on my experience. That does not make this defamation of character as that would refer to false statements and nothing I am about to say is false in regard to my experience with this company. On a Sat, after trying to move a 320lb refrigerate ourselves, we decided to seek outside help. Searched google, found this company. It was scheduled and confirmed. I needed to pay 50% and the remainder upon completion. I was then provided with the Zelle account to send payment. Payment was sent, confirmed and it was scheduled. I never signed a contract of any kind. I simply reviewed and agreed to the estimate. The estimate did not say anything about the deposit being non-refundable and neither did the guy I was communicating with via text messages. Now is where the issues begin. The following day I received notification the drivers were on their way and would be there in the next 15 minutes. I was not at the address and told them I may get there after them but not more than five minutes. When I arrived at my townhome, they were not there. I noted a white pick-up truck backed all the way up to the dumpster and at least two occupants were in the dumpster area (which is fenced so I could not see but the front half of the truck due to the gate being open and obstructing the rest of the truck). I didn't think too much of this. I went inside and waited. I then noted the white truck pass but only far enough to then back up into the parking spot in front of my home. This truck was the same truck dumping at the dumpster. These dumpsters are provided by the HOA and not for anyone to throw items into. (The company would later try to convince me they were throwing away fast food trash from that morning, but that does not require one to back up to the dumpster or for multiple people to then get out of the truck and throw said items away). I'm greeted by two young men with absolutely no equipment in their hands, not even a measuring tape to ensure it would fit through the front door. The pickup truck has the tail gate down and I note there is still debris in the back of the truck as well. I let the men know, the front door would have to come off the hinges for the refrigerator to get out the opening. One then proceeds to go get a drill. I stopped him because the hinges did not need to be fully removed, the pins simply needed to be popped out. One may consider this micromanaging how the work is done however, I already knew this was going to be an issue and if it was not going to be done right, it would not be done by this company. Before the hinges were removed, I asked them how they planned to get the refrigerator out of the home. One young man said "let me check" and proceeded to walk back to the truck and ask the driver, who never got out of the truck. The young man returned to my door and said they would carry it out. To say I was frustrated, is an understatement. I told this man very matter of factly, they were not going to pick up this refrigerator (that I witnessed get delivered) and just think it was going to be carried out. Nor was I about to allow them to put it in the back of a pick-up truck without any kind of equipment to get it up in the back of the truck. I was very displeased and sent them away. I was told I could call the office and see what they could do about re-scheduling. I called Zachary, the guy who had messaged me that morning, and spoke to him about my frustration. He said he would look into it and personally call me back the following morning. The following morning I called the company. I spoke with a lady, explained the situation in that I had a job scheduled that went sideways and I wanted to see what we needed to do. She found my info and put me on hold. The minute she came back and tried to tell me her guys don't need straps or dollies (must have been notes on the account) to move a refrigerator, I became very annoyed and requested my money back. This woman tried to explain to me more than once about how her men don't need anything. I cut her off each time because now I was pissed and I just wanted my money back. She said she was not authorized to do that, but a supervisor could. I asked for one. She then transferred me and the phone rang repeatedly (over ten times) before she fully transferred the call. Jerry then gets on the phone and only identified himself as a supervisor after I asked. During this conversation, Jerry was very unprofessional and threated to sue me for defamation, tried to tell me the deposit was not refundable, tried to tell me he has cameras on the back of his truck and tried to tell me it was not illegal dumping. Jerry did end up scheduling me for 6/6/26. Thankfully, I didn't believe him and scheduled it with another company because on 6/6/26, they didn't call or show up to do the job. 2 days ago DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were hired to install permanent lights on my home. They showed up 5 hours late, in the dark, one installer came in Crocs and with his entire backside showing because his pants were ripped out entirely! This installer was climbing all over my roof in Crocs in the dark! They were here about 4 hours before they stated the lights were not sticking and it was late, so they were leaving. I made the mistake to pay them upon their request for funds stating they would return in the daylight and fix the many issues they were leaving but they NEVER came back. I called several times and finally ask for half my money back, which they agreed to. They said they would cut me a check at the beginning of January. After a few weeks I called to find out where the check was, and they said it should arrive any day and gave me a check number. After another week I called back and they said "Oh it must have gotten lost in the mail and gave me another check number. After another week I called and they said oh we will just ZELL you the money and when that didn't happen, they said '"Oh our ZELL isn't working. Then I got a call from the actual installer saying he was a supervisor and what exactly happened at our house, like he was never here.... I went along with him and told him the story as it happened and he said, "ok, I'll bring you cash on Friday" that NEVER happened so when I called back, he said I'll bring it Monday, that NEVER happened. Yesterday he told me their ZELL was fixed and that at 4:00 yesterday he would ZELL me the money that was promised me, that NEVER happened. Do not use this company. No call, no show after being scheduled for a week. finally came a week later with a half full trailer (which is about a quarter of the size they show in the picture) and still charge for an empty. gave a different price while there which was agreed to and still didn't take everything. Said they come back and still waiting to this day. Other comments are correct. Never thought picking up some garbage could be so complicated but they sure make it so. Over a month to pick up a truckload of rotted decking boards. $500 for small trailer half already loaded and yet to finish the work. read more

Contracted them to clean out an outdoor shed that had been derelict for over 5 years. Their crew arrived on the day of work and got started. After a couple of hours I received a phone call saying that they found animal feces and because that is considered hazmat thr price would increase. I agreed to the price increase and the men continued work. A little later another phone call saying there was a possum in the shed and needed removal before they could continue and finish the job. I was told to call when the possum was removed and they would come back and finish the job. Because of the work that had been done and how professionally this company had been acting, I paid the remainder of the balance and told them I would call when the possum was gone. We'll, the possum was removed and the phone call was made. However, this is where the professionalism ended. I have called twice and talked with the same woman I set the appointment with, and the same woman that took my payment. She told me both times that she would call me back and let me know when they would be back to finish the job. I have not heard back from her since (March 26, April 7). April 10, 2026 I called during normal working hours and the phone rang more than 10 times with no answer. Later that day I sent a text message explaining what all had passed. No response. I sent another message the following day, again no response. Because of their failing to complete the job, their refusal to return my calls or answer my messages I decided to leave this review. Again, I have paid for the job in full. There is probably less than an hours worth of work left to complete the job, and yet they are CHOOSING NOT to complete it. Apparently their want for money is more important than their want for a good reputation and doing a good job. My warning to others, don't pay them until the job is done.
