We contacted Clean Force One on July 6 to have the carpets in three rooms cleaned, and they were able to schedule us for the very next morning at 9:00 a.m. They arrived on time and got right to work. Our carpets are light-colored, contractor-grade carpeting, and after several years of having multiple dogs in the house, we honestly didn't expect them to look much better. We also had a lingering musty odor in one bedroom closet after two 1.5-gallon jugs of water slowly leaked onto a cabinet where we were storing hurricane supplies. We were amazed by the results! The carpets look like new, and the entire house smells fresh and clean--including the closet that had the odor. The pricing was also very reasonable. We truly appreciated how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule, as well as their professionalism and excellent service. Update-I've moved into a new (to me-house is from the 60s) home and the bathroom tiles were dirty and the grout grossed me out. I didn't hesitate to contact Clean force One again and of course they did a fantastic job! The customer service with this company is absolutely top notch as well. Absolutely amazing work done. Super friendly and punctual staff. I hired this company a few months ago to clean out all of my HVAC vents, registers, and dryer vent. That funky random "sweat sock" smell is completely gone, my child now is able to sleep without coughing at night, and my electricity bill has dropped DRASTICALLY. Additionally, my dryer actually dries clothes the first time and much faster (auto moisture sensing). What an investment! We recently purchased a home and the carpets were really dirty. I came to yelp to find a company with good reviews and I came across Clean Force One. I read about the owners and the reviews and thought I'd give them a try. I submitted online for a quote and was contacted fairly quick to get information and schedule a time. We ended up closing a couple of days earlier and they were able to adjust our original schedule to fit us in quicker on a short notice. Kevin and Heidi did such a great job cleaning our carpets. I wish I had a good before picture to share. The company that had painted the walls a few month prior had been a little careless and there were HUNDREDS of small paint spots on all of the flooring throughout the house. Heidi pointed them out to me, as most were not noticeable as you pass through. They were able to get 80% of them out of the carpet and recommended for me to give the painting company a call. The light in the master bedroom closet was out and I hadn't had a chance to put a new one in before they arrived. Heidi even carried the ladder upstairs and changed the light for me. It was definitely a pleasure to do business with this couple and I would recommend them to all. Customer service was above and beyond and that says a lot in these days. read more

They showed up on time, and worked very quickly. From start to finish, everyone was very personable. Heidi was very polite and took the time to get to know me during her time to set up my appointment. Kevin was very polite, and chatted with me about my family and common interests. Everyone was very clean and well kept, with nice uniforms. No one was dressed in ragged sweats and stained shirts, which spoke to me about how the work would turn out. They identified a stain that may not come out beforehand, which helped alleviate surprises. My couches looked and smeller way better before, and seemed almost new again! My carpets were pretty clean before, but it really brightened my home and made it smell great! We will be using them again! read more
