We were charged a large amount of money for…read morea new build, deep clean and there were tons of places where construction dust was piled up on the doors and baseboards--even after we were told that there was a major focus on baseboards. They didn't even vacuum in one of the bedrooms or wipe down the coffee maker despite throwing a business card on the dirty drip cup. My gut said not to work with them again but a neighbor recommended them so I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. We tried one weekly cleaning with them after this and they once again were extraordinarily late and immediately sat down to each lunch for a while before starting the job. They charged a premium for the cleaning and went so far as to say if they had to make a bed, it would be an extra $5 per bed. They didn't wash the floor and rushed through the cleaning so much that they scratched a brand new mirror and then laughed when the issue was brought to their attention. I have to replace the mirror at my cost, but am happy that they didn't do more extreme damage as they don't work with integrity. If you do proceed to work with them, be sure to inspect your house immediately after they leave which likely won't be when they tell you as both times we used them, they were extraordinarily late to start so I couldn't be present when they finished. It was a very expensive and disappointing experience to work with this service.

Five years later, I can honestly say that they have become family to me. For anyone that has ever had a contractor in their home you understand the hesitation to leave them alone in your home. The fear of things missing, or just the intrusiveness can be a very unsettling feeling. You don't have to worry with Sandra and her "girls". I trust them more than some family members!
