If I could leave 6 stars I would. Mati was responsive, on time, very detail oriented in making sure the locks worked perfectly. He saved me a lot of money by telling me I didn't need to install one lock I was considering replacing. And when he got here I realized I needed a different lock to be done and not only did he do it, he also didn't charge me for it (I gave him extra though, because I appreciated his time and expertise). I lost a car key in the middle of the night. He responded almost right away, and was willing to come instantly. Due to some issues beyond my control, we couldn't get it done that evening. But he was very quick to follow up in the morning and was finally able to meet me 20 minutes after I confirmed he could come. Mati was very friendly and helpful and was able to resolve my situation quickly. I also appreciated that he gave me options for what car key I wanted replaced, a remote key or standard. The remote key was only $40 extra, which seemed fair! The whole thing came to $220, and he came to me. I think this is pretty good, assuming that when you replace a key at a dealership, I think it costs around this or even more. They definitely don't come to you, and since it was sort of an emergency, it was something I needed, so the price felt fair! This was especially because I could've paid even less to get my issue resolved if I didn't go for the remote key. I've dealt with different locksmiths before, and he would absolutely be the first person I would call to help me out again. read more

He responded within about 10 minutes (again, on a Sunday night!). We discussed the project and he said he could do the job the following day. He called on Monday morning and arrived 25 minutes later. Turns out it was a more complicated job than I thought given some of the intricacies of our doors, but to mati it was no problem at all. He worked through the different doors and had the entire job done in about 2 hours. All of the doors work perfectly now! Mati is very nice and extremely polite. Couldn't ask for a more professionalism. I had a lockout at a Lodging House and it was imperative the tenant gain access to her room. Mati arrived sooner than he had said he would be. Never use this company! My elderly neighbor locked herself out of her condo. I helped her search for a local reliable locksmith and we found this company and called. They arrived 45 minutes late, it took them approximately 30 seconds to get her door open and they charged her $325.00 for this service. It is a terrible thing to treat elderly people this way, they should be ashamed. read more
