By of an apology, he said, "I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding," Whats more, the crown was also rather unattractive: overly thick, angled incorrectly and not the right color. It also protrudes outside the line of my other teeth when the natural tooth was straight and looked fine. Dr. Caruso refunded the $300 deposit I'd paid to get the crown and offered to make it right by doing the correct tooth at no extra cost. However I've lost confidence in his work and went to another dentist. Now I have to spend an extra $1,500 to have the wrong crown redone by another dentist as well as another $1,500 to get a crown on the right tooth. I'm very disappointed by this and won't be returning to him.

I know how hard it is to get in with a doctor, especially as a new patient so I knew there was no way we'd be able to get an appointment that soon. To my surprise Theresa informed me that they had one opening on the upcoming Monday and that she may have another but she would call me and let me know on Thursday by 12-1pm. I was skeptical that i would even get a call back, but again to my surprise by 9am i had gotten a call about an appointment.
