I never received a reminder phone call not sure if they do that at this business but when I get there I was told the appointment wasn't there but they will still be able to see me that was the second red flag. For insurance I was told they needed the name and date of birth for the subscriber I've worked in multiple healthcare practices I'm not sure why the date of birth of the subscriber was so important because it will not affect the billing. I decided to leave after that. Not a good experience since the start.
