The waiting area is decent enough and works well for a local independent mechanic, definitely not here to expect dealer service center amenities. It was a quiet morning and they got to work on my car pretty straight away. I got my car back in less than an hour with the oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic and owner was quite friendly and very courteous definitely seem like a great local business. Location wise there's not much around as its mostly an industrial area so if you need major works done definitely plan on transportation. Overall very happy with the service and definitely would be back for my future auto needs.

After bringing my 2021 Subaru Ascent to Oakwood Car Care, the mechanic Mike, alerted me to the fact that the 2 remaining tires had some cracking on the sidewalls and should also be replaced. They preformed a computerized wheel alignment and installed a new set of 4 Pirelli Scorpion tires for the same price as the other ones. Now my family is back on the road, and the car handles great. The nail I originally identified was STILL embedded in my tire even after your technician finished the service on Friday. Your technician completely failed to perform a proper inspection, missed the original nail, and repaired a completely wrong spot instead. There were two nails in the tire from the very beginning. Your claim that I "picked up a new nail" while driving is completely false. I was forced to return to your shop on Monday solely because your team failed to resolve the issue on Friday, and your shop was closed over the weekend (closing early on Saturday and closed on Sunday). To make matters worse, neighboring auto repair shops in the area charge only $15 for a tire plug service. Charging $25.88 for an incomplete, negligent job is an absolute rip-off. This entire situation was caused by your technician's careless inspection and poor service, not by any fault of mine. Stop making ridiculous excuses and shifting the blame onto the customer. I had made an appointment for an oil change using a VALID coupon that was advertised on their website and Facebook. When I arrived, I was told they would not honor the valid advertised price because their website hadn't been updated, and they wanted to charge me an additional $20. I was trying to explain in a calm manner why this VIOLATES federal laws like the Federal Trade Commission Act. I was truly shocked that a small business like this was so unaware of basic business practices. When I questioned why I should have to pay more because of an error on their website, the conversation turned into a heated argument. I explained that customers shouldn't be penalized for a business's failure to update its advertised pricing. I asked to speak to the owner and instead a male employee came out to yell at me when I attempted to explain how this could be misconstrued as a Bait & Switch tactic. They eventually agreed to honor the coupon, but then told me to "never come back." After years of being a loyal customer and referring friends and family, I found the entire experience horrific and unprofessional.
