DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY WORK! Total scam artists that should be in jail. My stepdaughter's battery died and she brought her 2022 Kia here to get checked out and EXPLICITLY said call me before any work is done, assuming it was more than the battery. Instead, this thief charged her over $500 for a fuel injector cleaning and emissions system cleaning that was unauthorized and completely unnecessary! They take advantage of people. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Will be filing a claim against them. read more

Don't go here. Scammed my daughter out of $500 for bogus repairs after her battery died near his shop. Told her he would diagnose the car and give a quote before doing any work, but then went ahead and did the work without consent and then refused to release the car unless she paid. I posted a review yesterday but he got it taken down so I'm reposting now. Will be suing unless he refunds the full amount immediately. Would give zero stars if possible. read more

BE AWARE ! These guys are dishonest. Wish I had read all the other complaints /bad reviews below. If you read a little bit further down you can clearly see a pattern so decide for yourself. I took my 2020 honda civic for NYS inspection. He tried to say there was an issue with a tire because there was a tiny nail or screw he removed. So small I'm not even sure it was a nail. The tires are top of the line Pirellis and barely 2 months old and the pressure was normal. I told him so but he insisted on checking pressure and couldnt find anything. After a few minutes of looking around he said my windshield wipers shrieked so I failed. I knew what was coming next so I said thanks, but I will just pay and take the failure. Before I left for giggles I asked him out of curiosity the cost of his new wiper blades. $22.00. Given the unpleasant taste I had and just a general bad feeling I declined. As I was waiting for them to finish there was another customer waiting. I shared with her I had failed my car inspection because my windshield wiper streaked. Her jaw dropped as she told me they did the same thing to her! The worse part of it was she had bought the wiper blades from them 3 months prior. So she had to buy these wipers twice. When she confronted them about it she was told wiper blades may or may not last that long. After reading your thoughtful responses to peoples complaints below you appear somewhat knowledgeable. At least you can articulate what appears to be many "alternative" explanations to those of us reading who are less mechanically inclined. So that shows you are just plain dishonest. Because as you know, per website, "wiper blades need to be operational and not torn or missing. The wiper blades must allow you to see out of your windshield when it is raining" It must be common knowledge among NYS inspection centers because the first one I called informed me same. Blades cannot be torn or missing. As long as operational there is no failure. What are the chances the only 2 people you mislead meet? To how many others are you telling just BS? Shame Shame. Unfortunately there is no one I dont care for enough that I could recommend to you. For me I am happy to pay $37.00 to know who I should definitely avoid. read more

I had an oil change on my Audi and an code starting coming on saying that I had low oil pressure. Come to find out they ARE USING THE WRONG OIL and if my husband hadn't caught this my engine could have seized and my warranty wouldn't be valid, NEVER AGAIN On top of their insanely high prices ($130 for an oil change) they could have destroyed my car and when we called to see if they would do anything to rectify, the man in service center said that the oil they used was fine when the manufacturer book clearly states not to use it read more

This is a full service only Shell station ( cannot pump your own) but they do a good job at getting you in and out and they do not charge you a big premium to fill your tank. Also, one of my pet peeves is when stations charge a lot extra over cash price for credit card These guys charge only 10 cents more which is as low as I have seen in this area. See photo. Finally they keep it clean. Only warning that is it is little tight, but it is a great in and out location if you are heading south on Roslyn Rd. read more

To make matters worse I later found through a review of my EZ Pass statement that they took the car without my permission over the Throgs Neck Bridge. I've been coming here for years and the staff have always been hardworking & professional. The place is very clean too! Not for nothing, but I was very impressed when Max, the new Manager came over to introduce himself to me while I was getting gas. could...The owner is unethical and downright rude! He was asked to do a computer diagnostic ONLY because our car was still covered under warranty. We were told by the owner he would call first thing in the morning with the results and to discuss if the repairs would be covered under warranty as he supposedly does warranty repairs, and that NO work would be done without speaking to us prior (like any service station). I never heard from him so I called later in the afternoon around 1pm to check the status of the diagnostics only to be spoken to in the most demeaning unprofessional way and hung up on because I asked this man a question. I live over an hour away. After being spoken to like that and hung up on there was no way he was touching my car...So I call back and tell him not to do anything to the car and that we would have the dealer come pick it up....This man took it upon his self to start taking the car apart and had the nerve to hand me a bill for $300 for doing so when we arrived. There was NO authorization given for anything other then the computer diagnostic. I have the paper to show that there were NO listed repairs agreed upon or even discussed. If you ever find yourself broken down on the Northern State Parkway DO NOT take the recommendation of the tow truck driver to bring your car to this shop!! read more

This guys are a bunch of thieves. They use scare tactics to make you feel forced to proceeding with "critical repairs." I allowed them to do 2 of the 3 things they recommended. Went to the dealer for the 3rd to confirm the necessity of the final "non-critical" item and the dealer said my breaks were not needing to be replaced, in fact they were in good condition and had 15-17K more miles to go. On top of that, they reviewed the receipt I was given and a tech with 10+ years experience who said he had never recommended the service they performed for the issue I had. I had read other reviews that said they should be in jail and this is correct. They are clearly writing or paying to have people write positive reviews on certain sites to water down the terrible reviews by actual customers. read more
