What started out as a great car-buying experience quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. I traded in my vehicle and since the dealership calculated the wrong payoff for my trade-in, they required me to pay $400 out of pocket to completely pay off my existing loan. I left believing everything had been finalized. To make matters worse, the very next day after purchasing the vehicle, the battery was completely dead. I had to get a jump-start and ultimately replace the battery myself. Unfortunately, I had driven two hours to purchase the vehicle, so returning to the dealership wasn't a realistic option. Obviously I bought the train "as-is" so didn't expect anything but that meant another $200 spent. After six weeks, I still hadn't received a statement for my first payment. When I contacted my bank, I was shocked to learn that the dealership had never submitted my new loan paperwork. My loan application had expired and was closed because nothing had ever been processed. My bank had contacted the dealership multiple times but they were left with no luck. The worst part wasn't the mistake--it was how it was handled. When I contacted the dealership, they seemed completely unaware there was even an issue. Their response was essentially, "We don't know what happened. Sorry, you'll just have to apply for another loan." That meant another hard credit inquiry, the possibility of a higher interest rate, (which it in fact did go up) and additional stress because of their mistake. When I expressed my concerns, I was simply told, "That's not our problem." As my temp tag was expiring, I went to the DMV to secure my KY plates. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they never received the title from my bank. When I called me bank they told me that the Mann Dealership didn't pay off the entire loan and there was still a balance due before they would release the title. I then made the rest of the payment over the phone so I can drive my truck since the temp tags expired the next day. Really frustrating that once again, their mistakes led to me paying out of pocket to fix things. Mistakes happen, but accountability and customer service matter. Instead of taking ownership and working to make the situation right, they pushed the consequences onto me. Between the dead battery the day after purchase and the complete failure to process my financing, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend doing business here. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to think twice.

They sold me a vehicle and accepted full payment before they even had the title in their possession. Throughout this entire process, they have been extremely difficult to work with. Do yourself a favor and purchase from another dealership.
