My husband and I walked in right before leaving town to go back home to Texas, we were wanting matching tattoos. Being from Texas, I personally have a tattoo artist back home however NSB is a very important place to me so we did some research and decided on EastSide to get our new ink. All the guys were very friendly, professional and laid back! The owner, Chris "Mack", got us in right then; designed our tattoos and got us taken care of. We will both be back to this shop, highly recommended! Y'all Rock and Thank you so much for everything!

Our family was on vacation and our 3 daughters wanted to commemorate the occasion with matching tattoos. They called the shop on a Wednesday and were able to get an appointment for Friday afternoon with Chris since we were heading home the next morning . 4 of the 5 of us had other tattoos so we knew what to expect but this was our youngest daughters (18yrs old) first tattoo. Chris was great with her! We can say enough about how great the whole experience was! Thanks again!!

My sister and I wanted to get a tattoo to memorialize our mother. We contacted this shop by recommendation of a friend. Sarah designed exactly what I was picturing. Hannah did my tattoo and it turned out amazing and exactly how I pictured it. I was wanting dainty and fine. The music was a little out of character for me but it definitely fit the studio. read more

Jeremy Ash will hide things (explicit and racist) in your tattoos. He complains the whole time about his back hurting from doing a lot of tattoos while he is tattooing you. If he wasn't working for them, the shop would be great. read more

They had a wide selection for nail products gel, SNS and even new SNS prosecutes for hombre and marbling. Inside was a white robe, and there was also an area with sandals in all different sizes for guests to choose from. They explained the ins and outs of the spa and told me they give guests the option to arrive an hour early or stay an hour after their appointment to enjoy the pool and hot tub amenities. Honestly, I only came in expecting to get a massage, not to spend extra time there--but after their warm introduction, they made it impossible not to. They told me they would come find me when it was time, so I kept an open mind, put on my swimsuit, grabbed my book, and went out by the pool. Sitting there, reading in that beautiful setting, completely shifted my mindset. When my appointment began, the NEW Stress Elimination Massage - 50 minutes, done by Ashlaye, was incredible and exactly what I needed. Afterward, they gave me a warm neck wrap and offered a complimentary glass of wine, champagne, coffee, or tea. I left feeling so cared for and refreshed, and even though it's only been a few days, I can still feel the benefits. I'll definitely be back!

I went here today to get my first tattoo, and Hannah was absolutely awesome!! She was considerate and patient and funny and she gave me a sunflower piece that exceeded my expectations by one MILLION percent. I wanted to cover up some smudgy stick-and-poke initials on my hip that looked absolutely horrendously ugly, and she was skilled enough to not just cover them completely, but give me an insanely beautiful tattoo.
