The environment is always calm and clean. I typically get my ears waxed now that I've passed 40 and started turning into a Warewolf. On this visit they were running a special for 50% off for new services so I elected to get my nose done too. It felt absurd to me to pay for an experience that was so so painful and stressful - and still hurts! But nope - they only gave me a 10% discount. Said they couldn't do more bc they are a small business. I explained exactly what I just said above. I told them I'd love to come back (but obviously never have that man work on me), but didn't feel I could if they didn't show me the care and concern to give me even half off. Nope. They stuck to the 10%, so, they've now lost what would have been a loyal customer - with lots of friends I would have recommended, and hopefully now others will also be warned! I'm so very disappointed in how they handled this. How companies respond when things go wrong could either create even more loyalty, or lose the customer altogether. Do better.
